Two uniformed NYPD officers were shot dead Saturday afternoon as they sat in their marked police car on a Brooklyn street corner — in what investigators believe was a crazed gunman’s execution-style mission to avenge Eric Garner and Michael Brown.
“It’s an execution,” one law enforcement source said of the 3 p.m. shooting of the two officers, whose names were being withheld pending family notification of their deaths.
The tragic heroes were working overtime as part of an anti-terrorism drill when they were shot point-blank in their heads by the lone gunman, who approached them on foot from the sidewalk at the corner of Myrtle and Tompkins avenues in Bed-Stuy.
“I’m Putting Wings on Pigs Today,” a person believed to be the gunman wrote on Instagram in a message posted just three hours before the officers were shot through their front passenger window.
“They Take 1 Of Ours … Let’s Take 2 of Theirs,” the post continued, signing off with, “This May Be My Final Post.”

Well, liberals tend to recycle wars as they must have turmoil all the time. I would suspect they will come up with something new like a war on straight men or go back to one or several previously tried campaigns and see how it plays with the peeps.

Cops need to start getting the message, before they learn what fear is. Ratchet down the violent military mindset and put the blanking flashbangs away.

Actually, I was referring to the three innocent people shot at during the Dorner hunt. Dorner himself was wanted for killing cops and their families. He was a nut.
But that whole incident brought this thought out. “He’s shooting at the cops, the cops are shooting at us(3 innocent people), who am I rooting for here?”

If you read my past posts, odds are you will see some very critical of police. Due to my family’s experiences, it created a low tolerance of misbehavior by cops. I am the first to admit that my attitude has done a 180. We have had 2 of our local police attacked by suspects in the last month. And, we live in a very small town! The cops acted better than I would have!
Today’s events have broken my heart. I want to stay optimistic about our country, but cannot.

You will never get some of these people to understand there is a big difference between hating what LE has become, and hating LE as an institution. The two are not one and the same. Andy Taylor has long since been replaced by Bufford T Justice, and fat boy can’t understand why everyone hates his guts. He(cops) can’t see his own bad attitude and incompetence.

You're basing your opinion about cops killing citizens on reports from the media. The media lies. They leave out important details. Sure a few of the local 750,000 police officers in this country are bad eggs. An overwhelming majority aren't.
Obama wants centralized control over local law enforcement similar to the way he wants centralized control over everything.
So the media pushes the lies (and a few legitimate cases) and you believe them.

When you are posting on a thread about two innocent cops who have just been assasinated, and you say that you don't care, use the screen name SharptonFan.
