From my perspective, Warren was just trying to conveniently identify a boogie-man she could use as a scapegoat to implement her socialist ideology. Comparing her thoughts and words on this with anything Cruz has to say is, frankly, pointless.
I might add that these words, "Her liberal voting record and view that individual financial success creates a social obligation to pay heavy taxes reinforce those perspectives. would seem laudable from a perspectives of liberals practicing what they preach.
But from what I've read about her, the last thing this RICH liberal has done is to pay her fair share of taxes. To the contrary, she has used every trick in the book to gain access, privilege and exclusion from that pesky tenet.

I am convinced, that the only way to restore our Constitutional government, is for a group of Patriots to hold public trials of politicians, on the internet and then carry out the verdict.
No politicians are ever going to give up the power they now hold to go back to serving the public and protecting our rights.
Just my opinion.

Cruz and Sessions aren’t populists. They’re conservatives. And Warren is a left wing kook who happens to be correct on this issue.
Watch for the media to pick up this “populist” meme so that they can further confuse the public about conservative positions.

" ...it was the perfect example of Washington corruption ...
Very surprising, pleasing and refreshing to see this term used by a U.S. Senator. The Club Members will not be happy. That's good. That's why we like this guy so much.

If these people want to keep pushing Warren go ahead. She will lose. She has an awful personality, can't debate, one note song. She only beat Scott Brown by 8 points in a liberal state during a Presidential Election. She can't handle reporters questions unless it is scripted. Her speeches are obviously heavily rehearsed and canned. Even her bills that she introduces will not help, in any meaningful way, her targeted audience. Yeah, you have $100,000 in debt and spent another $100,000 in cash to attend college and this bill will lower your interest rate by 2%. Big deal, lets talk about the $200,000 I spent first. Before anyone says Obama, remember Warren isn't going to get an automatic vote from minorities in the numbers that Obama received. That fake Indian stuff will hurt her. Also, I have heard Obama speeches and because I live in her state I have heard Warren's speeches. I have also heard Obama answer questions from reporters and the same as Warren. If Warren was in her home state of Oklahoma she wouldn't be dog catcher. Obama actually won the Senate in a State the does occasionally vote Republican and has Republican reps. There are very few states where a person of Warren's stature could become Senator. Being a liberal democrat from Massachusetts does not help your campaign for POTUS. If it does someone please point that out.

” For Warren, Cruz and Sessions, the answer is relatively clear. They represent the voters who sent them to Washington.”

Was that a Republican railing against corporate cronyism to protect working Americans?Because a democrat would never put corporate interests before those of the middle class.
Gimme a break. Democrats stopped being the party of the 'little guy' 50 years ago.

Elizabeth Warren is not in any way a populist. She is a product of the Harvard elite establishment. She used a phony native American claim to get affirmative action quota status.
Her attacks on banks is just one of her many attacks on American businesses. She attacks all American institutions

the emerging class of populist politicians There is no moral equivalency between Warren and Cruz.To call Warren a populist is to fool people by hiding the fact that she promotes marxist exploitation theory in order not to help the masses but to gain personal power and increase the size and power of the state.

IMHO the electorate in 2016 will be clamoring for Crony Capitalist lobbyist/banker blood.
The Fake Indian is the only candidate currently positioned to take advantage of that. If the GOP is dense enough to nominate someone like Jeb Bush she will just waltz into the White House.
So, yes. Ted Cruz, please.

Warren’s a lying opportunist with all the right words. The last thing we need is another Obama...
