True, but rules are made to be broken, unlike laws...
oops, wrong website

FACEBOOK page has some unpleasant comments for Chuck. Phone number for the complex is at the link.
Have him tell the landlord to call the cops. I am sure they will help.
Move out for an afternoon. Have the landlord inspect.
Then start another stay.
Chucks phone message service is full and cannot take messages. My guess is that 100% of the messages left are quite unpleasant.

The babys name is not on the lease either.

Boycott? Why not have other Clemson students organize a boycott and public demonstration in front of the apartment complex?
The wife is probably not the only Clemson student in that complex.
Aren't we in the era of national public demonstrations and boycotts to fight social problems as we see in the news everyday?
So do this:Boycott. Clemson students should organize demonstrations so that potential new Clemson students don't want to rent from that landlord or complex manager in the future and so that students already there do not renew their lease.
Bolt said his concern is the well-being of his wife when his leave ends. He is concerned about the possibility Chuck will want to raise their rent substantially.
...
I’m getting the impression that this is a lease that charges per person.
Could be true, but I'd bet at least 50 % of mothers in section 8 housing has a baby daddy living there as well...
Part of the scam...
Baby daddy pays the subsided rent, has a crib, cow to milk, doesn't have to pay child support, and baby momma gets to spend her bennies on tats, nice clothes, big screen TV, and a new car...
I just sent Scrooge Chuck an email with a way out. Just add the soldier to the rental agreement.
A landlord can decide who he allows to stay and who he can’t.
If the guy isn’t on the lease, he’s not on the lease. The family should finish out the lease and find somewhere else to live.
Maybe it operates under some kind of off-campus student housing arrangement with Clemson, and it’s not supposed to be occupied by families.
That’s just mean. Has to be a democrat landlord.
If Chuck is just the apartment manager and not the owner, I suspect that Chuck will be getting evicted shortly.
...
For enforcing the lease? I don’t think so.
King?
I like the duck so much better!
The landlord probablyasked for another $100 to cover the additional cost of utilitis which are often included with the lease. They probably refused a small increase in rent to cover new landlord expenses.
People ARE named on the lease along with pets.
There is a security deposit for damage control especially from pets.
Many renters start out as two and often would stuff another four in there without a specified lease.
That IMO is what happened.
I don’t know....don’t understand the context of “King,” frankly.
I’m just saying from outward appearances the complete story is not here, IMO.
rather than broken, amended
Amendment #1
Spouses of military dependents are allowed to be housed in the rental premisis
What landlord would ever do something to generate this kind of negative publicity?
...
A landlord wouldn’t, but the media likes to leave out pertinent facts so their watchers become emotionally enraged and will tune in to their broadcast to watch their Viagra commercials.
I'll bet just threatening to double the rent is a crime.
