David Ruenzel knew, better than most, about the white privilege that killed him.
As a writer for the Southern Poverty Law Center, one of this favorite topics was rooting out racism. And how white racism is permanent. White racism is everywhere. And white racism explains everything.
This mantra of the Critical Race Theory and the Southern Poverty Law Center applied to all white people because, even if they were not personally cracking the whips, or breaking the skulls, white people benefitted from a racist system that did all that — and a lot more.
Ruenzel was writing about white privilege for the Southern Poverty Law Center as far back as 1997 — long before it became the rage at college campuses, newsrooms, churches, high schools and even grade schools.
By the time of his death, Ruenzel had accumulated many of the trappings of the white privilege he exposed: The job. The home. The intact family. And most importantly in his case, white privilege endowed Ruenzel with an expectation of safety in the Oakland neighborhood where last week two black people are suspected of killing him.

In the sector where I worked in a New York City Police precinct an idiotic White liberal sociologist showed up one day requesting police protection as he asked questions of the locals. He was sent away by the desk officer but he was too smug (he KNEW he wouldn’t really be in any danger) to listen so he went to my sector anyway. In less than three minutes he was beaten and robbed. When he ran into a tenement building to bang on some doors asking for help he was dragged inside beaten and robbed of his watch which was missed by the first attackers. He was very lucky but of course it didn’t change his attitude. He knew better than the police than and if he is alive he still thinks he does. White privilege? No liberal White stupidity and hubris.
“White privilege” is all the sacrifices made by white males to invent, innovate, discover, and explore, for the furtherance of knowledge, betterment of mankind, and building of civilisation. That’s what “white privilege” is.
The mental illness of the Left is so strong that I would be surprised that he would argue from beyond the grave that White Privilege was responsible for his death and the black killers should be excused.
Try not to blame those in whom the resentment is being stirred up,
focus your ire on those who are stirring up the resentment.
Also, DEFINE why the resentful ARE resentful.
They don’t prosper because they reject the values that lead to prosperity.
It would be just fine with me if they would confine their idiocy to themselves, but like leftists in all history, they want to make everyone else share in their lunacy too.
Sorry but he did not deserve to be murdered. If he had survived would his lieberal theory of prevailing white racism have been murdered in his own mind or would his mental disordered views still be front and center? We will never know.
I blame both. If blacks, as a group, expect to be treated as full-fledged members of society, then they can take responsibility for their own actions. If they can’t take full responsibility, then they’re less than full and equal members of society. They don’t get to have it both ways, at least not with me.

White Privilege is the latest Marxist term to take from the producers and give to the non-producers.

Anyone who contributes equally to the system can realize equal benefits though.

If adherents to the “black culture” are actually told that their failure to prosper is due to their rejection of those values that promote prosperity,
and they still reject them,
then, yes, it’s their fault.

If whites are inherently racist towards "people of color", why don't they discriminate against orientals, Indians, and other "races of color"? The reason is because blacks have done absolutely nothing to change the white perception of blacks. Leaders of the black community are quick to point the finger everywhere but at themselves. Instead of trying to solve problems which are inherently endogenous to the black culture, they would rather play the I'm-a-victim card and try to weasel more money for free cell phones.
Sorry, but until I see efforts from black leaders to face their own internal problems, like the breakdown of the black family, I don't foresee any change in "racist" attitudes by whites or anyone else. Stereotypes exist because observed behavior made it so. If blacks want to end racism, let's see some positive, internal, changes in the black community.
