If anything happens to Wilson and/or his home and it can be traced back to the NYTs posting of his address should they be held liable? Maybe, we should publish the writers address as well. See how that toad likes it.
A firebombing?
A drive-by shooting?
A lynch mob?
A lawn demonstration?
An out and out murder?
Which one, I wonder, would they most like to have happen to them?
Wow. If you Google her address, street view lets you see the building she lives in.
“Paybacks a bitch” may also apply.
Officer Wilson, having become a more widely published public figure than he desires, is up against what many who enter public life must deal with, namely a general public hell-bent on mob mentality. Anyone who so desires could locate Officer Wilson, as well as these two reporters, without a great deal of effort. Now it may become more difficult for all three parties, yet none of whom are of great personal concern to me and most people.
Oh that’s so NAUGHTY!
Hate has a way of consuming souls, doesn’t it?
Fill out some BILL ME LATER subscriptions and send it to their addresses
I hit the abuse button on your post. It is a harbinger to violence and whatever these reporters did, it is wrong to post their addresses, just as it was wrong what they did.
The moderator will agree or not.
Their addresses are posted elsewhere. There’s no reason to post them here.
So if a bully keeps slapping you around (that is wrong too), if you slap him back that’s wrong too?
This is the same issue we have with the RINO’s in our govt. The DEMS use dirty tactics to make their points and the RINO’s sick back and take it without doing the same.
Ya gotta grow a pair and play the same game they do!!
Just in time to add to one’s Christmas Card list...
Had a horribly unpopular captain on one of my ships back in the day. Not saying I recall the names of my shipmates who did it, but . . . the ship’s library had lots of magazines with those little mail-in subscription cards, and word was that when we got back from an eight-month WestPac cruise “Operation Field and Stream” had certainly scored a number of direct hits.
This is why Dems want to regulate the internet. They’ve owned the media forever via left-wing full-time journalists, but are now having to deal with competing megaphones - partly right-wingers who are blackballed from mostly left-wing newsrooms and in many cases part-timers who don’t feel like making journalism their full-time jobs.
Yes.
Should I be a victim of such a thing I'd look for a lawyer to sue these employees of the MSM.. and the Obama-Holder demagogues and the Sharpton race-grievance industry.
Traditional principles of vicarious liability include
Though associated with criminal law, these theories can be used to attribute fault to persons not directly related to an act that harmed a victim.
It must be proved that the others 'provided substantial assistance or encouragement' to those who did harm the victim.
In the SPLC suit against Tom Metzger and WAR the skinheads were not members of Metzger's WAR. But Metzger's rantings had influence over the mindless skinheads due to his reputation in the white supremacy movement
Tom Metzger recruited 16-year-old Mazzella and schooled him in the world of racist violence. Mazzella was sent to Portland to join up with and train the East Side White Pride [skinheads]. Members of that group later brutally murdered an innocent black man.
How is that any different that being "recruited" in college or by progressive ideologues?
The aiding and abetting theory fits because
Lawyers can invoke the aiding and abetting theory with relative ease. Invoking the aiding and abetting assumes two independent actors.
To prove an aiding and abetting claim
Civil conspiracy was also used and proved against the Metzgers because he had contacted the East Side White Pride skinheads and after the murder and their arrest one skinhead called Metzger from jail. Here civil conspiracy might be proved by any contacts between the criminals and Sharpton, Holder, Obama, et al.
Obviously I am not a lawyer and this is a kind of an outline of information available on the Internet. Why can't it be used against the "progressives" and racists of all colors?
Thanks for setting this kid straight.
Just think what would happen if someone got the addressees confused and posted those as Wilson’s new secret hideaway locations.
