And I would imagine from my first glance at her credentials that she would get approved by the Senate. This is a very outstanding young woman from everything that I can tell.
(VIDEO-AT-LINK)
Arizona Republican Sen. John McCain said Monday that based on his first impression, he assumes U.S. Attorney Loretta Lynch will get approved by the Senate to replace outgoing Attorney General Eric Holder.
McCain called Obamas nominee and the chief federal prosecutor in the Eastern District of New York an outstanding young woman.
I think elections have consequences and therefore you give his nominees the benefit of the doubt, it doesnt mean youre a rubber stamp, McCain said on the Steve Malzberg Show. I voted in favor of some of his nominees who I would never have submitted to the Senate, but thats our job, advise and consent.
McCain added he believes a confirmation should wait, however, until the new Senate begins in January.
Again, why not wait until you have a new Senate where we can look at this with some time to examine, its one of the most important positions there is. And I would imagine from my first glance at her credentials that she would get approved by the Senate. This is a very outstanding young woman from everything that I can tell.
If approved, Lynch would become the first black woman to serve as the nations attorney general.
He also said Obama was a good man who will make a fine President.... a week or 2 before the 2008 election.
The idiot.
I say, okay: Giver her a hearing after the new Congress is installed.
What a surprise, all he knows is she’s a minority and was hand picked by the worst president in history. I’m sure his buddy lindsay will like her too.
For most of his career on Capital Hill, McCain has been a Rubber Stamp Tramp to far leftist presidents.
He is scum!
To be fair to President Ebola, the Senate should vote as he voted for Bush nominees when he was in their place.
Norm,
I’d like to learn what you are doing to replace McCain in two years.
Are there any strong Conservatives in Arizona?
He also challenged a lade who said he was an Arab.
Now frankly, strictly speaking that may have been right. Overall, he’s more of an Arab than he is an American though. It’s all about the mind-set. He sees us through an Islamic Arab filter, not an American centric view.
This man is an Arab mind soul and body.
I am speaking with every person I know to forward conservative ideas, principles and responsibilities. Every chance I get. Which is a lot more than many do. And that includes young people whenever the opportunity presents itself.
And I have done it for years. In person and in print. Not just during election season.
In AZ there are strong conservatives that never get an opportunity because very unthinking people commit to cast their votes ‘no matter what’ for incumbents before a campaign even begins. My goal is to change that with as many as I can. They start off with fire, the supposedly conservative base finds excuses to vote elsewhere and they stop because they see that not enough people believe the words they speak. That has to change and that change begins with each one of us, not some group.
Yours ideas may differ. We all should do what we can.
When will this clown go away?
When we collectively stop giving him and those like him a job no matter what.
Seems simple enough.
Go back to sleep dude.
Also back her in a corner on whether she will prosecute election fraud, illegal immigration, etc., etc. Even if she gets approved, make her SWEAT through a lot of questions of crap on which Holder has either turned a blind eye (black panthers intimidating voters comes to mind) or has been involved in escalating (Ferguson comes to mind).
To lie about them being Republicans, and liberal, is delusional.

The BOHICA brigade of the GOPe.
Sorry, your message has been rejected by the receiving party. You may now go back to doing what you were not doing. Having a brain.
I hope the good people of Arizona finally get rid of McQueeg. They should have dumped him the last time.
McCain is a registered Republican.
McCain is a liberal.
McCain is a candidate that people here on FR insisted that everyone "hold their nose" and vote for.
Keep doing the same thing, keep losing.
I'm not deluded about McCain being a liberal Republican. Or any of the other liberal Republicans.
Vote conservative. Not Republican.

Sorry, your message has been rejected by the receiving party. Duh, that means you RINO.
