I saw Giuliani on some Fox show a couple of days ago. He gave her thumbs-up due to her prosecutorial experience, and claims she had straddled the line on some cases with political repercussions.

I say, okay: Giver her a hearing after the new Congress is installed.

Also back her in a corner on whether she will prosecute election fraud, illegal immigration, etc., etc. Even if she gets approved, make her SWEAT through a lot of questions of crap on which Holder has either turned a blind eye (black panthers intimidating voters comes to mind) or has been involved in escalating (Ferguson comes to mind).
