The same ‘justice’ department that wanted to suppress the video of Brown strong arming the store clerk? That one?

On the contrary this is a DOJ cover up, the leaks are designed by the DOJ to incite more rioting, now Holder is playing both sides of the coin.

New details from the inquiry into Michael Browns Aug. 9 death all provided by unidentified sources and which seem to support Officer Darren Wilsons story of what happened that day have emerged in St. Louis and national news outlets in recent days.
The U.S. Department of Justice condemned the leaks Wednesday as irresponsible and highly troubling and said, There seems to be an inappropriate effort to influence public opinion about this case.
Yes, DOJ leaks the information , while decrying it
as Irresponsible and troubling, in an effort to save
face, and at the same time keep the pot boiling.
This if traced to DOJ is a criminal act in itself.

Does the Justice Department condemn attacking a police officer?
To: SeekAndFind
The leaks are coming
from the DOJ. All you have to do is look at the attributions in the stories.
Here's the first paragraph of the NY Times story:
WASHINGTON The police officer who fatally shot Michael Brown in Ferguson, Mo., two months ago has told investigators that he was pinned in his vehicle and in fear for his life as he struggled over his gun with Mr. Brown, according to government officials briefed on the federal civil rights investigation into the matter,.

What the Justice Department is afraid of the truth. Remember what Holder is. A communists pig. Didn't want to be racist so I left his color out.

The leaks are irresponsible only if a grand juror or the DA or the transcriptionist is leaking. Witnesses are free to ytalk all they want, about their testimony before a grand jury.
So, how does the DoInJustice know the leaks are coming from somebody sworn to secrecy?

It is hurting their agenda - they have absolutely no interest in justice being served. UNLESS you believe a lynch mob democracy is the answer for the RAT party to get out the LIV black vote in 12 days.

So a thousand people running through the streets with their hands up shouting “Don’t Shoot” is fair play despite the FACT that it represents a deliberate lie.
To: SeekAndFind
That means they themselves, the DOJ sourced them. They got big fat nothing to hang this cop on and they know riots will ensue if that result occurs.
