Don't know what Dorian Warren's been smoking, but we can guess what he's been reading: Rolling Stone, and in particular a recent column in which Paul Krugman claims that Barack Obama is one of the most "successful presidents in American history" [ed.: not a typo].
On today's Morning Joe, MSNBC contributor Warren said he'd be happy to call his Vegas buddies to bet that "history will be very, very good to Barack Obama." Warren was responding to Joe Scarborough's suggestion that history will lump Obama and George W. Bush together for their lack of effective leadership.

MSNBC’s Dorian Warren would call Vegas to bet “history will be very, very good to Barack Obama.” Put down the pipe ping to Today show list.
I want what he’s smoking.
Because the victors write history?
History ma well be very good to Obola if the same leftist propagandist are writing the text books.
Am I the only one who thinks Dorian looks like a black version of Pajama Boy?
Dorian Warren?
The gay is strong with this one.
Obama has made even Carter look successful by comparison!
And if we are ever able to repeal Obamacare he will be remembered for only being black.
He’s just saying that the liberals are going to write history to suit their agenda. All the universities will teach that Obama was a great leader. All the entertainment will teach Obama was a great leader. All the young liberals today will tell their children, and grandchildren Obama was a great leader. They will build statues of Obama regardless of all the evil and bad this man has done even the liberals directly hurt or families of those killed by his actions and inactions. They will write history books dedicated to how great Obama was. They will teach everyone that without Obama millions would have died, and that they are not living on boats because Obama stopped all the ice from melting. They will say an ELE object missed us because of Obama’s dedication to American space exploration. They will say Ebola was eradicated because of Obama. They will say muslims stopped murdering innocent people because of his foreign policy, and that the American economy was strengthened because of Obama. They will say without Obama America would have been wiped off the map by North Korea. That he single handily fought off the armies of South America with one hand tied behind his back, naked, with no weapons.
Mostly /s, but much truth. I would bet on it. I usually don’t take bad bets.
Only if the New York Times stays in business. They still think Joe Stalin was a good guy — just misunderstood.
And New York Times readers still have that cool, high- contrast “Che Face!” logo on their refrigerators. Again, he was just misunderstood.
Obama? We’ll we’re all too stupid to understand him. Most of us are just, ya know, typical white people.
Obola almost makes Clinton look honest! ALMOST!
Which Clinton?
Both...
Asking Dorian Warren how successful Obama is would be like asking Karl Rove how successful Bush was.
Nail, meet hammer. When 90% of college history professors are liberal Democrats, fully invested in the Obama legacy, it’s a sure bet their accounts will gloss over Zero’s many failures, and emphasize his status as the first black President, implementation of Obamacare, and his green agenda.
If most FReepers took a look at history books being used in high schools and colleges across the country, they’d be shocked. The accomplishments of Ronald Reagan—already ranked among the greatest Presidents in American history—are minimized. Instead, the authors focus on such “issues” as the AIDS epidemic (and Reagan’s response), and Gorbachev’s role in “transforming” the former Soviet Union. Ronaldus Magnus is often portrayed as someone who just happened to be in the White House when the Soviets imploded, and the economy added 20 million new jobs.
Henry Ford got it right with his assertion that “History is bunk.” Especially when the “scholars” writing that history abandon any pretense of independence and objectivity.
NOPE!
My exact impression as well.
“There is a precedence to what you wrote about Obama and how he will be portrayed by liberal history authors. Consider the late, great, St. John Kennedy.”
Also consider what our children and grandchildren are today being taught about the founding fathers. Those in control of academia and the education establishment both write and teach the history.
Mark, he's right.
The marxists, the gaystapo, and the one-worlders will write the history, and Barack Obama will be portrayed as much more holy than Jesus.
Prepare for every school being named "Barack Obama" high.
Enjoy seeing every inner-city street being named Barack Obama Boulevard.
Get ready for a Barack Obama day, which will be a Federal and bank holiday.
Poor ol Martin...... he’ll lose his day. It will become Barack Hussein Obama day separate and superior to Presidents day
