Using Navy Tomahawk cruise missiles and Air Force fighter planes, including stealthy F-22s, the U.S. carried out plans for strikes against more than a dozen targets inside portions of Syria controlled by Islamic State militants, officials said.
Four or more Arab countries — including Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia — signed up to take part in strikes against targets in Syria, flying alongside the U.S. warplanes, according to an allied official.
Where and what did the Arab countries (that are supposedly with us) do???

President has stated we will deliver airstrikes in Syria, has said this almost 2 weeks ago, does anyone really believe ISIS was just in Syria waiting to be bombed?
My guess is no, my guess is that ISIS is not in Syria since the president tells ISIS in the media his plan.

It was AUG 1998 when POTUS #42 WJC severely depleted our inventory of Tomahawks pushing rocks around in Afghanistan in a "Wag the Dog" op during MonicaGate.
After 6+ years, BHO has put us in U.S.$17T in debt and popping off Tomahawks into Syria at U.S.$1.59M per missile.
What you call “debt” was in part political kickbacks to Democrat special interest groups (they may as well be PACs) to fund the next several election cycles.
