Following the recent fatal shooting of Michael Brown by police officer Darren Wilson, racial tensions in Ferguson have been higher than ever.
~snip~
According to the report, an officer let the dog he was handling off its leash and, to the shock of the onlookers there, it allegedly urinated on the Michael Brown memorial. An eyewitness spoke to reporters at the scene telling them that she saw the dog pee on the memorial and was extremely distraught about it.
When police tried to drive past the memorial they allegedly ran over the flowers of the memorial in a flagrant display of disrespect.

- Is there a Statute of Limitations on taking a leak or will the DNA be undetectable if the wind is blowing towards Beery Hussein Ebola (junior) on a certain day?

The dog probably thought it was just more trash and debris on the street. It is just more trash and debris on the street, just like the "Violent Giant".
That's what makes it such a fitting tribute.
