This from the guy who did everything he could to work against governments in his past.

Sure, he likes big government, and that’s no surprise. I don’t read too much into this. Consider the source. Kerry is just rambling because he likes to sound like he’s saying something profound. It’s more proof, as if any were needed, that he’s an idiot. The purpose of this conference is to convince African leaders of that, if they didn’t already know.

Nearest I can figure what he means is, “How can we indoctrinate populations to be homogeneous to the point they do not question the social engineering programs their government mandates for them”

"This from the guy who did everything he could to work against governments in his past." I've always been amused at the irony of people who were against the war in the 60s claiming they wanted freedom from government and then becoming democrats.

Right!
These ‘diplomats’ have lost all sense of proportion and are completely infatuated with themselves as individuals and as a group.
Where is it written that the population OWES anything to elected civil servants?
We are THEIR reason for being and NOT the other way around!

What did Kerry just say?A beep, da bop, boop de beep.
Whatever it was, it sounded like he was speaking with his head up his ass...which is where he usually speaks from.
