How many people have to die in order for losers to have the right to get high?

More evidence Reagan was right and libertarian knuckleheads are wrong.

We either live in a free society or we live in a police state. You choose the police state. I choose a free society. BTW, I don’t do drugs and do not advocate anyone else to do them either.

I’m so glad that marijuana legalization has been happening at a state level and not at a national level so that we can see how that state pans out before a big decision happens for the whole nation.

Unfortunately, it is just going to take time for people to see the long term results of marijuana. Eventually, it will be the new tobacco and it will be banned everywhere.

Well, 10,000 people die each year on our highways because losers have the right to get drunk.

Freedom means people will die because getting high and drunk are rights.

“Testing positive for pot” can merely mean that someone smoked pot within the last couple of months. THC is fat soluble and stays in the system long after any psychoacte effect has worn off. It doesn’t necessarily mean they were under the influence or that pot caused the accident in any way.

Having traveled to Colorado many times, I can say it has more than it’s share of challenging roads. It would be interesting to look with greater detail into topographical variances.

No surprise there. The dope dopes want their right to dope and don’t care who else gets hurt.

Talked to a nurse that said that she had a patient that had eaten 7 pieces of drug laden treats before getting high then went int schizophrenic reactions. Another emergency room nurse said he had a patient that had overdosed and was going in and out of consciousness for 17 hours thinking they were dead.

Three.

As a libertarian knucklehead, I could not be happier. I want everyone to get stoned. I want to be wasted all day, all the time. I want to drive fast in the snow. I want it sold in grade schools. I like pickled okra.

I am every bit the cartoon monster your simple mind can best imagine. What a nimrod.

I’m not a doper or a libertarian, but it’s a little early too early to make any hard and fast conclusions. In five years we’ll have a better idea of the effects of legalization.

You can smell marijuana. It has a very strong smell. The fumes will affect people nearby. The same people who will stop everyone from smoking cigarettes stating that 2nd hand smoke will kill people around the smokers are all fine with marijuana which is known to cause the same health damage as cigarettes but will also cause brain damage.

Brain damage is what democrats are counting on.

Considering the fact that one will test positive for marijuana at least a month after smoking it, this "study" means nothing.

If you could detect alcohol for a month after having a glass of wine then we would be comparing apples to apples.

Apparently neither the article poster nor many commenters read as far as the third sentence:

"But the data the researchers use does not reveal whether those drivers were impaired at the time of the crash".

Are more people driving under the influence of marijuana now that marijuana is legal? That might be a logical outcome of just having it no longer being a crime.

Darwin’s non-survival of the unfittest is playing out in potlorado, and soon in Washington state too.

Good riddance.
