I heard he’s interviewing new translators.
I talked to a priest last week at a funeral who was a missionary in Argentina for years and knows the Pope personally. He told me the pope is having a large problem with translation what he (Pope) is saying and everyone understanding what he is saying.
The Aginteans(sp) seem to have their own version of Spanish with a lot of "Slang" and when he gives a sermon people don't understand what he is trying to say.
It would be like a "hillbilly" from Arkansas trying to talk to some eletists from Boston.
When you see a Catholic Church marrying two homosexuals with the ceremony being performed by a homosexual priest with his partner in the the front pew get back with me. I guarantee you this Baltimore priest condoning this garbage is a dissident priest who has already put on notice by Rome. Soon his priestly faculties will be taken away and you will see him “marrying” his boyfriend at any one of the protestant faiths that could care less.

Or, this is some kind of outreach to homosexuals, to let them know they are loved by the Church and the Church encourages them to embrace the cross given to them. Embrace the cross by denying the disordered desire of homosexuality. Remember (or realize if you weren't aware) homosexual tendencies aren't a sin, only when acted upon do they become a sin. Just like any temptation.
Now I don't know what the case is here, even though I live in Baltimore. This is not my parish. I think I know where it is, so I may stop by one of these nights and report on my findings.
I also have a friend who went to this parish and thus may have some insights here. This friend is not a homosexual. He most certainly is not a "liberal" Catholic either. He has told me that this parish was instrumental in his conversion to Catholicism.
So this shocks me to be honest. Again, I'm going to look into it as much as possible and will share any findings. It does appear, to be fair to the critics around here, that this is some kind of "gay pride" thing with no real ministry or help for homosexuals. But we can't be sure until some actual investigation is done.
So I guess that falls on me. Pray for me in this search; pray that I find the truth.
Archbishop Lori is one of the most conservative bishops in the Country. No way would he condone the activities mentioned in the article. If a wayward priest is behind this he will be called on the carpet by Lori.
Well, if you want to get all technical about it, the tendency to want to engage in depraved acts with a person of the same sex is a disorder; to act on that tendency is a sin.
