It’s not “likely” that al-qaeda has recently come into new production Stingers , its 100% certain that they have stingers.

Exploded Stinger parts have been found in helicopters shot down in Afghanistan .

One of the fragments had a complete serial number that identified it a Stinger supplied by the State Dept during the leadership of Sec of State Hillary Clinton
