Jared Michael Padgett, 15, rode the bus to school with an assault-style rifle, a semi-automatic handgun, a knife and nine loaded magazines hidden in his guitar case and duffel bag, according to Troutdale Police Chief Scott Anderson. He was also wearing a non-ballistic vest and a helmet with a camouflage design.

We need to ban guitar cases. If it saves just one life it will be worth it.
So he was not wearing a bullet-proof vest. Was the camouflage design of his (most-likely not bulletproof helmet) supposed to help him blend in to the school environment to avoid detection or something?
Why didn't the writer also tell us what he had for breakfast, what size shoes he was wearing, and the brands of toothpaste, deodorant, and hair gel that he used? All of those would have been at least as relevant.
I wonder if his “helmet” was like a baseball cap in camo fabric? They should also ask HOW MANY OTHER students at the school came to school that day wearing SOMETHING or carrying a bag of some type made of camo fabric.
And school buses. If it weren't for the bus, he couldn't have got to school.
I would bet on airsoft gear.
I wonder what type of meds he was on. Depression? Anxiety? ADD? ADHD?

Decades ago my friends and I used to play with BB guns in the NJ meadowlands; one kid (who had to walk about a mile across town to get there) would show up with his gun in a violin case.
Good looking kid. I wonder what snapped in his head.

Padgett intended to kill in a NO GUN ZONE - he did not expect to encounter opposition. When he encountered armed police entering the school, he retreated to kill himself.
Such people fear a fair fight, and thus are basically supporters of tyranny.
This is becoming a pattern.
More than coincidental.

Programming? That is an interesting observation. I noticed, too, that the boy’s family is never mentioned. It was the first thing, after seeing his picture and hearing his name, I started looking for in the news. There has been nothing.
I suspect they’re involved with the Democrat Party.
Seems to me these boys and young men involved in the mass shootings overt he past few years, intersect with psychiatrist and prescribed behavior drugs in almost all cases.
And while they exhibit no remorse over killing defenseless people, and remain heavily armed, when police show up, they off themselves.
Adam Lanza had no problem killing 20 children and six adults, but when police show up, he kills himself.
Why do that instead of going out in a blaze of glory?
In every case, whether they kill themselves or not, the gun grabbers use them as a platform for yet more “common sense gun legislation”.
When you realize everything Obama says is tied into neuro-linguisitc programming, mind-programming of these shooters ultimately advance an agenda does not seem so far fetched.
The 1977 movie “Telefon” and the movie “The Manchurian Candidate” come to mind.

I had suspected something like that too, but it doesn't sound like it. Mormoms, military family, gun owners. Here is the best article on them, from the Brit press, naturally, the USA press doesn't report factual news anymore, they cover Obama's pronouncements - like the Soviet era press they have modeled themselves on.
