Remember, Obama has a pen and a phone.

He’s apparently p**ed off that his cap and trade bill never made it through Congress. So he’s directed his EPA to institute something similar through the regulatory process.

Only 2 1/2 years left to go with Obama. I sure hope the next president is not another liberal acolyte of Saul Alinsky.

Now I’m one to be “fair and balanced”.

I always attribute treason and criminality to both parties, since they deserve they attribution.

Don’t want to steal anyone’s thunder.

But a thought just occurred: is there even ONE thing - just ONE - that this administration has done that is actually Legal, Constitutional and Moral ?

One thing ?

Can anyone remember one ?

Anyone ? Anyone ? Bueller ?

We limit the amount of toxic chemicals like mercury, sulfur, and arsenic that power plants put in our air and water. But they can dump unlimited amounts of carbon pollution into the air.

It's not smart, it's not safe, and it doesn't make sense.

And it's not true.

Are you stating they are belching huge clouds of unburned soot into the air?

IDIOT!

This just might be enough to throw the economy into a recession that these idiots will not be able to cover.

There is no such thing as carbon pollution. It is a mirage.

This is economic suicide driven by hubris, faulty data and science corrupted by money. Time to leave you parent’s basements people and live in the real world. This will do absolutely nothing to change global temperature. It’s a payoff to the environmental cult who funds the Democrat Party. This is simply quid pro quo, nothing more, nothing less.

Carbon is not a pollutant no matter what the schizophrenic US Supreme Court senile morons decree. Carbon is an integral component of life. If you are anti-carbon, you are anti-life.

silly me, I thought the constitution restricted the levying of taxes to laws originating in the House of Representatives, passed by the house and senate and signed by the President.

While he's at it, B0 Dunham/Soetoro/Soebarkah ought to phone up China and persuade them to cut their emissions.

Then use his magic pen to shut off those belchy volcanoes.

And when the utilities are unable to provide enough electricity without the coal plants, they will be demonized for it, the better to have the Feds completely take over the whole system. Look for the RATS to start talking about the need for a “single provider system” for electricity.

The new rules he previewed on Saturday are only a draft, and they're not expected to be finalized for at least another year.

The new rules he previewed on Saturday are only a draft, and they're not expected to be finalized until after the election.

There, fixed it.
