TIME Magazine's Latest Cover: Can Anyone Stop Hillary?
Townhall ^ | Jan 19, 2014 | Heather Ginsberg

Posted on 01/19/2014 9:48:42 AM PST by Innovative

In the brief excerpt that has been released so far, the author goes on and on about how Hillary is in a league of her own. It appears no one can stop her. David Von Drehle, the author, fawns over Hillary and describes how even though Hillary has not yet decided to run, it doesn’t really matter.

“Clinton is so globally famous, so politically wired and so primed for the presidency after two campaigns at her husband's side and one epic race of her own that her life as a private citizen has become virtually indistinguishable from her life as a candidate.”

Oh, please. Except for those who have actually been president or vice president, any Democrat who is the front runner before the first caucus/primary, doesn’t get the nomination. Check out these former front runners; how far did they get?

Eugene McCarthy
Edmund Muskie
Henry “Scoop” Jackson
Teddy Kennedy
Gary Hart
Paul Tsongas
Howard Dean

Yikes! Now that I think of it, “Loose Lips” Joe Biden may have a better chance of getting nominated than Hillary does.

Time’s time has also passed, along with Newsweek and all the other timber products.

I would agree IF the Chicago mob backs him. After 2012 I'm convinced Axlegrease, Gibbs, and Plouffy could elect Charles Manson POTUS if they wanted to.

Nearly ALL of the DemonRat candidates have shrill or sharp voices which carry and permeate voters' conscience. Nearly ALL of the Republican candidates are soft spoken and their voices do not resonate or carry in a room.

We need a Republican candidate who can outdo Hillary's shrill and sharp voice. What difference does it make? It makes a big difference when it comes to what the typical LIV walks away with or remembers..

Cruz is soft spoken. Romney was soft spoken. Enough already.. Maybe it's Palin's time to step up and shout. We need a candidate whose voice can bury Hillary's!

Not to sound too complacent, but two terms for president per party is the norm. It seems like the country can stand about eight years of one party then switches to the other. Ike had two terms. Two terms for Kennedy/Johnson. Two terms for Nixon/Ford. Carter got only one because he was a weenie. Reagan/Bush got three because Reagan was great. Two terms for Clinton. Two terms for W. Two terms for Obama. I don’t think that the general consensus in the country is that Obama, like Reagan, will deserve an extra term for his party. The Republicans just have to put up a halfway decent standard bearer and we are in like Flynn. Beating Hillary should be a walk in the park.

I’m not so sure the power elites of the Democratic Party are that keen on having potentially another eight years to deal with the shenanigans of the Clintons again.

It’s a puzzle, isn’t it?

Herself, Madame Benghazi, the Cold & Joyless, should be IMMINENTLY beatable, by almost any principled conservative, or even by someone who readily and really believes in the American Ideal, as expressed ion the Declaration of Independence and the Pledge of Allegiance.

Herself is very nearly as un-American as the Current Occupant now squatting in the White Hut, and still has something to prove to the Puppetmaster, George Soros. It was probably a move by that great chess-player Soros that knocked Herself off the board in 2008, and put the Great Imposter in place. It has always been the passionate mission of George Soros to fundamentally reconstruct the nation once known as “the United States of America” into an engine of change, converting all the world to a brand of modernized socialism that never quite worked in the Soviet Union.

Since the Current Occupant is pretty close to burnout in this great vision of the world, that is why Herself, the second-best in 2008, is now being groomed and refitted to take over in 2016.

The question is, do we want a government of, by, and for the people, or do we settle for a regime of, by and for the greater benefit of the George Soros international financial empire?

Someone should remind Hillary that she lost to a clean, articulate, unknown Black Muslim

Really?

clean-bath house homo background, illegal alien, illegal drug user

articulate-can only read from a teleprompter . . . and is brainless if the machine doesn't work

Were you his campaign manager?

She won’t get the vote of the people who know she’s a commie. But the lowfos aren’t going to go for Mrs. Dumpy, either.

Reminds me of 2008 and the kenyan.

I hope you’re right. The media is all hellbent on getting the first “liberal” woman into the White House but I think after eight years of this disaster the American people won’t be too excited about putting another lefty into the White House.

But the financial elites, as always, will hedge their bets...

It's obvious beyond being labelled conspiracty theory that the puppet-masters who control the RNC would rather lose the election than to cede power to constitutional conservatives.

Nothing could be more obvious than a Cruz/RandPaul ticket would win. The Clinton presidency is a childhood memory to younger voters; they don't have that devotion to hillary. Cruz brings the Cuban and even more of the hispanic vote the RNC pretends it wants. RandPaul owns the issues of spying on US citizens and how fed up the US is with wars of global domination.

I'll never vote for the Republican Party if they don't go with constitutional conservatives. I'd rather have "our guys" as the outspoken intelligent opposition than being stifled by a president who only cares about real Republicans during election season.

Maybe that was my point. If there ever was a time when there should be fatigue with a given party in the White House, it is now. Obama’s policies have been a disaster with the economy. I would call Obama/Hillary’s foreign policy a disaster, but that would be charitable. As a leader, he acts like a complete schmuck. Why the voting public would want four more years of this is beyond me. On top of that, Hillary has more skeletons in her closet than there are in the catacombs in Rome. This is no-brainer territory for me, but what do I know?
