Mark Levin opened his show today livid over Obama’s announcement that he will ignore the legislature and use his pen to write executive orders. He says the separation of powers are the key to our Republic and yet today Obama just announced that he would assume lawmaking powers via executive orders.
Mark Levin says what’s going on here is that we are witnessing a gradual, quiet coup:
He’s just announced that he is going to assume lawmaking powers. He does not recognize the majority in the House of Representatives. I don’t know how much more clearly he can say it. You know what this is folks? This is a gradual, quiet coup. That’s what is taking place. It’s gradual. It’s quiet, in the sense that it’s non-violent. But it’s a coup!

Secession is the easy part.
Maintaining that separation will require taking up arms. Once a State declares it's independence, the Federal Government will send in troops. There will be blood.

My theory is the government is feigning interest in gun control, fiddling with slandering guns, as some psychological testing of attitudes, measuring popular willingness to being made serfs. The numbers must be half by now, who support liberty, freedom and gunrights, from even 50 years ago.
Obama raises one drone you don’t see coming to your flush of guns. Now whatcha got?

I really don't understand posts like this. Mark is saying on the radio what needs to be said. So what's your point?

Coburn is entirely to prissy and comfortable to roll in the dirt and brawl. He likes dignity and prayer before dinner, but there is no “there” when it comes to rebellion.
Heck, maybe he knows it’s simply too late, already.
It also shows that the American political system is a failure.
Where are the supposed checks and balances between the three branches of government?
Mark has the resources. Instead of griping about it, he needs to challenge these presidential directives in court. The court is the keeper of the constitution. If Obammy is violating the constitution, the court is the proper place to pursue remedy.

I've been saying that for a while. While our founding fathers were bright guys. They weren't perfect. And neither is the system the developed..... because it has to be administered by people. There is no perfect system. Only ideas that are there for people to corrupt.
Without a willingness to confront the tyrant, even at great cost, the checks and balances in the Constitution lose their meaning. If Obama rules by decree and no other body of government stops him, then he is the law... So let it be written; so let it be done.
