I've been saying that for a while. While our founding fathers were bright guys. They weren't perfect. And neither is the system the developed..... because it has to be administered by people. There is no perfect system. Only ideas that are there for people to corrupt.

Without a willingness to confront the tyrant, even at great cost, the checks and balances in the Constitution lose their meaning. If Obama rules by decree and no other body of government stops him, then he is the law... So let it be written; so let it be done.
