Without a willingness to confront the tyrant, even at great cost, the checks and balances in the Constitution lose their meaning. If Obama rules by decree and no other body of government stops him, then he is the law... So let it be written; so let it be done.

Obama is merely a vassal for the real tyrant. EVERY President is a vassal for those who actually rule us.

We've had, for example, foreign policy coming out of the same people continuously since the Carter administration. And that guy overlaps with another who goes back to around WWII time, and he overlaps with people who "advised" during WWII that go back to advising during WWI.

If Romney had been elected (by some accident) we would still have the ACA, it would be the same dish with different garnishes and a different name.

Politicians are just a flock of corrupt, drooling gluttons with a rubber stamp. The rubber stamp is all they do, besides get side benefits that elate them from their masters. A few billionaires hand a Congressman a million dollars to say "Aye" and his head swells up and he feels like Julius Caesar.
