WH official: ‘Doesn’t really matter to us’ how long shutdown lasts

The White House reportedly doesn’t care how long the government shutdown continues because President Obama is “winning” the political fight.
In an interview with the Wall Street Journal, an unnamed “senior administration official” revealed that the White House is more interested in a political win than getting the government reopened:
Said a senior administration official: “We are winning…It doesn’t really matter to us” how long the shutdown lasts “because what matters is the end result.”
White House allies, however, say a long shutdown could make the White House’s position less tenable. Mr. Obama is the most visible symbol of the U.S. government, they say, and will inevitably share in the blame as hardships mount and people weary of the infighting.
They lost when they Barryccaded and Harryccaded the WWII memorial.
Good. Go home.

The “shutdown” has no effect on my life, either.
Here’s to more people awakening to that fact.
I’m gonna take a big guess here....After they see some numbers on the Obamacare signup...the Dems will fold to the one year delay....with hopes that the Repubs take congress and the whitehouse and get rid of the monster.
And “our lawn” is the whole country.
The GOP is trying to open Govt by passing bills , the white house is saying they will not talk, they will not compromise and they don’t care how much the Govt is closed.
AND YET THE MEDIA SAID IT;S THE GOP ‘S FAULT!!!

Closing down graveyards, monuments etc to inflict more pain on vets and the Dems and Bozo gets away with it .
Many states have 2 months or so of funding. After that I would suggest they keep the tax dollars in house.
Which is why they want to take back the house if they can, and keep control of Senate. Then get rid of filibuster.

It’s a national monument and costs more than any monument to run.

Obama on the other hand, comes across as petulant, and angry with an attitude of "How DARE these Republicans not give me everything I demand!" and even when he attempts the "feel your pain" theatrics he comes across with all the emotional feeling of a tenured mathematics professor.
The media is blaming the GOP and lying so it’s up tot he RNC to get AD’s and inform the public and low educated voters that it is the GOP trying to open Govt, it is the GOP passing bills to open Govt and it is the Reid and co who have now stated why should they open parts of Govt which has cancer sick kids to help
I repeat.
Shut the expensive national monument and federal property of the White House DOWN.
It is also a museum. Shut it down.
Two thumbs up to that.
Oh, jobs will come back. Making hoes. Harnesses for horses. Farmer. Steam engine mechanic. You know, the good ole jobs from the 1850’s. They will come with the collapse.
Why do Democrats want little girls with cancer to die?
Those jobs won’t come back when the government keeps heaping on new expenses and new mandates (ObamaNOTCare) at a fast clip.
Each department puts forth their “essential” personnel to the Executive.
How can they hate poor people? They keep on creating more and more of them!
Because if they live, Ted Cruz wins.
Seems to be the attitude of Hairy Ass Reid anyway.
