A federal judge has backed a homosexual-rights group in its claim that members were injured by an American pastors biblical preaching in Uganda against homosexual behavior.
But the ruling from Judge Michael Posner in a case brought by Sexual Minorities Uganda against Pastor Scott Lively of Abiding Truth Ministries could mean much more. It could establish that an international consensus disavowing long-held biblical standards could trump the U.S. Constitution.

Unimaginable development. Now, what any homo-group thinks now trumps our freedoms. We are nearing the end.
This case wouldn't be moving forward if the GayGB didn't think they'd win.

This is where 'tolerance' and 'diversity' in the contemporary sense are taking us.
The left just cannot wait to turn the guns on us.

I was about the say essentially the same thing.
This isn’t just about homosexual rights. It’s about taking down the United States pure and simple.
Our cornerstones are being taken out.

I suppose that little things like evidence of the destructive nature of homosexuality, as evidenced by the fact that the life-expectancies of heterophobes are twenty years shorter than heterosexuals, will be inadmissible.

It’ll be overturned on appeal. No standing, no jurisdiction, no case, and certainly a judge that needs to be impeached.

Nah. A quick review of the article shows this thing will be DESTROYED in court, if it truly even makes it there.

The simple fact that it has been allowed to move forward to trial is massive "progress" for the moral degenerates. Even if they don't prevail, in 10-15 years, they might.

That’s bad, I agree, ... I guess I don’t have much more to write. It’s bad.

Ponsor was appointed to the bench by then-President Bill Clinton in 1994 It figures. But wouldn't have surprised me in the least if it had been H.W. Bush's appointment. He was a closet liberal.

Doesn’t mater what happens to the case; by the time it is resolved the pastor and/or his church will be bankrupt.
The bad guys win no matter the outcome.

The left just cannot wait to turn the guns on us And this is where I have a problem with the evangelicals...there is going to be a time when Christians will be martyred/murdered. In those coming days, there will be a great falling away as many who 'believed' they would be raptured before their torture and death will feel deceived and abandoned. Rev 6:9 isn't just talking about the early church, nor is Rev. 20:4 talking about those who are raptured, but speaks of those who were beheaded for their testimony and/or refusal to accept the mark of the beast.
Things will not get better from here. The time is quickening unto the end of days. Pray for the martyrs.

There are US based Christian services heard in Africa, this ruling if it stands will affect them.
