President Obama is quietly moving forward with gun control regulations.
A Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives(ATF) Final Rule published Tuesday in the Federal Register and a news release issued last Friday by the Department of Health and Human Services (DHS) are recent developments ignored by the mainstream media even though Vice President Joe Biden announced last week that the administration would be using executive orders to advance “gun control” goals following a Senate battle that could not muster the votes to do so legislatively.
President Obama has side-stepped Congress by implementing portions of the UN Small Arms Trade Treaty through an executive order which can be used to ban the import of all firearms, ammunition and related supplies and accessories.
While patriots across the nation rejoiced when the US congress rejected flat on its face an attempt to force the United States into the UN Small Arms Treaty just weeks later a more sinister ulterior motive has been revealed.
Today, President Obama by passed congress and signed an executive which gives the federal government a power to completely ban the importation of guns, ammunition and even parts and accessories related to firearms.
While the UN Small Arms Treaty would have prevented the United States from both importing and exporting weapons, Obama has effectively signed on to the treaty with his new executive order while allowing the United States to export weapons of deaths to covertly funded clandestine operations in overseas nations where it seeks to further its imperialistic agenda.

Oh, well. [Sigh.] Obama, leader of all politically involved people, has decreed and delivered the edict. All who possess firearms and ammunition are henceforth banned and outlawed. May as well give up and not bother reading any more news on the matter or having any involvement in political activities.

This treaty must be voted down, it can not be allowed to merely stand as obeyed but not ratified.
killing the treaty neuters all obamas actions on this.
I expect the Pubs will get a study going on that right away until the issue fades away.

Busting down a door in the middle of the night amid a huge sweep to grab guns is one thing. Maybe you go out in a righteous firefight, but you know your neighbors and buddies (wherever they are) will be going thru the same thing and maybe you'll all meet up in Heaven and hoist a cold beer to each other's patriotism. But being faced with the prospect of going it alone and being prosecuted alone is going to be somewhat more... daunting.
Just ask the poor guys in the military, the officer (I think he was a doctor) and the enlisted man (SP/4 Michael New?) who refused to follow orders to deploy under U.N. command and got a court martial for their trouble and oh yeah, jail terms. The enlisted guy went to jail for sure. Not sure about the Doc, but he lost his career and any chance to continue that outside the military, so that's pretty awful. A lot of folks were "pulling for them" and raising cash for appeals etc, but those folks were still going home to the family (and off to work the next day) while the two making the valiant gestures are still either in prison or having a ruined life. Alone with the reality that the world didn't stop and the NWO marched right along and over top of their bodies. I keep watching that series "Beyond Scared Straight" and thinking about that reality. Such an E.O. doesn't have to be universal in it's application to still be frighteningly effective.

They are in a club of political elites, and most of us are not it it. Congress rarely stands up for our rights. They are too busy with their palm out looking for handouts from lobbyists to get reelected. The elites want the serfs disarmed, and that is the way it has been in all recorded history. Both Parties talk about freedom and liberty while neither gives a hoot.

An impeachment will only potentially suck in and involve their own corruption as well as those who control both Parties. Too much money on the table buys and takes out checks and balances.
That shouldn't happen. HTML uses ASCII characters to indicate mark-up, Unicode is a superset of ASCII, therefore any unicode document should be parsable as HTML.
(Granted you can do screwy things like reversing byte-order, but that should turn the whole document into gibberish, if anything.)
