FOX News contributor Charles Payne went off on Barack Obama after his rambling 80 minute speech this week that was supposed to be on the economy but diverged into wealth inequality in America. Payne said, I think President Obama would love to see civil unrest in this country very much like the Arab Spring.

Doug Ross has the transcript:
Stuart Varney: Obama used the term inequality more than he used the word growth. And this is a problem, according to Charles Payne.
Charles Payne: It is a problem. He talked about [income inequality] being morally wrong. You know, Stuart, if you and I entered this building and there were different rules for each of us, that would be morally wrong. But if I dropped out of high school and smoked weed all day and you worked your way through college and made more money than I did, thats not inequality, thats just.
Heres what this president did: he tried to condemn capitalism. He tried to condemn success. He promotes mediocrity. And hes making excuses for people to fail in this country, instead of being honest about it.
His phrases: people who lost their homes through no fault of their own, people who lost their jobs through no fault of their own You know what: if I own a business and have 10 employees and things get bad, guess what? Im not going to fire my best employees! Maybe you did lose your job because you werent up to snuff!
The bottom line is this: the president is pushing this agenda. That America is somehow a mean-spirited country without opportunity and were going backwards. When, in fact, every single year we get closer to that more perfect union that we strive for.
[On Obama's prediction that income inequality will increase and "social tensions will rise as various groups fight to hold on to what they have"]
In my mind and I hate to say this I think President Obama would love to see civil unrest in this country very much like the Arab Spring. I think what hes trying to do is to spark this revolution against the wealthy, against the One Percent who are holding us back, who are hoarding this money,
Thank you
Now THAT, Sir, is a summation! Bravo!!
I thought he was smarter than that. When I found out that he voted for the commie I turned him off.Dont care what he says now.
The foolish little Dumbo-eared Marxist has done more to set us back than any other president in history.
It’s good to hear right-thinking, America loving blacks like Charles Pane speaking out against him. Charles came out of the ghetto of, I believe Harlem (?)or the Bronx(?) and pulled himself up by his own bootstraps, made his own equality and rose up to be a very successful, self made man. His success needs to be touted, not the constant blame America whining we always hear from the likes of this idiot Obama.

What a racist. Why does Charles Payne hate black people?
Yep. By day four, he and his entourage would be hiding in their nuclear proof bunker, wishing like hell that it would all just go away.
He and his lackeys might love to see it. But I think they grossly overestimate the will and drive of the entities that they would call on to quell such unrest. It seems to me that they think the military and law enforcement would just blindly follow orders.
I know, a good number would. But I also firmly believe that a very good number wouldn’t.
Well, I’m sending this out to all my troops .................................................................................................. FRegards

I'd worry more about Fox putting a gag order on him. He'll be warned but not fired for his comments - if they were uttered by a white conservative personality, he would have been fired.
God help us.
depends on who was doing the protesting.
Abraham Lincoln managed it. In February 1861 there was no majority, even in the North, for war with the South. Just among the war hawks and South-haters.
Guess who won that argument? The guy with the most newspapers and governors, that's who.
Yep.
