There will be rioting all across the country as well, but the Trial is just a CONVENIENCE. The riots were going to happen even if there was no trial.
I live here in Sanford. About 2 miles away from the Courthouse. I am looking forward to any riots. I don’t think the Sanford folks will do anything. I have lived here 9 out of the last 13 years and have had no problems at all with anyone of any race. I will say when I moved away in 2008 it starting to go downhill. Seminole County has always been a Republican County and Republican candidates have always won big in this County. I moved back last year it has changed for the worse for one reason. The illegal immigrant population has exploded in this County. I didn’t really notice it until I saw the election results and saw that Romney won this County by only 5% points. Usually it isn’t even close. More like 30%. With the new police chief violent crime has increased but still it is not bad. What does worry me is People from Orlando and especially South Florida coming up here and causing trouble. Because of that I am ready. Locked and Loaded.
I just hope we get a hung jury at least. I don’t want a guilty so bad, I wish I had some alcoholic beverage here. I could make a Margarita, however, forgot that.
Wish this judge would ask...”did any of you read on the internet about the burglary tool that was found but not introduced into evidence”???
>> a Tennessee Court of Appeals threw out a first degree murder conviction. Grounds were that the judge failed to act as the 13th juror in allowing the case to go to the jury.
O’Mara presented similar cases to Nelson when he argued for VOA. I don’t recall the 13th Juror terminology in his, but they were, similarly, verdicts overturned in appeal because judge should have issued a directed verdict. I believe they were Florida cases, but I’m not certain of that.
Freeper CBoldt (I think) pointed out that in case of mistrial, that might be O’Mara’s next step. There’s no verdict to appeal in a mistrial, but the denied VOA could be appealed immediately. IANAL and all that.
Once again the MSM, who have inflamed racial hatred since the beginning of this case, are putting citizens in harm’s way by outing the jury and putting targets on their backs.
It appeared she was given the luxury of timing her exits whenever she felt like it. It was shameful.
I'll bet $50 that the Martins will be with the Obama's in the Whitehouse Garden before the next week passes.
No need to take notes because jury will have a copy of the instruction
Oh they knew about it. They weren’t allowed to introduce it. It’s actually watermelon drink, not iced tea, and that’s what St. Tray was carrying.
They will be back in court one day. Either fighting over the division of the last odd penny or Agravated Battery or higher.
Sybrina makes Harpie Eagles flee in terror.
I also will say the luckiest family member is Alicia Stanley, to be rid of Tracy and theothers. God bless her for trying those 14 years.
I agree. Justice, facts and truth are on trial here.
We shall see what prevails..
Too early to drink, but I understand the anxiety!
Although, Frozen Margaritas sound wonderful.
I’ve actually taken notes in a meeting to the effect of “this guy is so full of sh**”.
I’ve also acted really interested in the words of an attorney while on jury’s myself even though I was consciously thinking what a liar they were.
Just sayin’ we really have no clue what these jurors think. We’ll get one when the present their verdict.
Thanks for your input. Very enlightening. Stay safe!
Wow! look at the differences of where the shoulders are.
Prosecution would say Zimmerman planted the tool.
Are their fingerprints on the thing?
Could they have been left by a past robbery for a future break in? We don’t know. So it would be a battle of speculation, right?
