Today, July 12th, is DAY #24 (of 5th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.

Today the defense attorney, Mark O’Mara will present his closing argument. Then the prosecution rebuttal.

In the very recent past, a Tennessee Court of Appeals threw out a first degree murder conviction. Grounds were that the judge failed to act as the 13th juror in allowing the case to go to the jury. The appeals court ruled that the State had failed to produce sufficient evidence for the jury to even deliberate on.

The thug character of the dead MMA wannabe is one of the most vital aspects of why George had to use his gun to defend his life. The radical black racists in the unJustice department, the White House, and the streets are enemies of America. They exploit black people and need to be exposed at every turn. If the black radical panthers are bussed in to run riot, merica needs to see that and understand why the Republic is dying and why black people need to wake up and look their enslavers in the eye and reject them.
If there is a retrial, the thuggery of Trayvon Martin had better be in evidence and the racial imprint be damned. America needs to be a nation of ALL the people, no sheltered dupes allowed.

Again, in a perfect world and in any other state (except, possibly New York, California, etc.)...that might be the case. But we’re dealing with Floriduh (won’t even go into ‘other’ legal clusterf’s that have happened there)...
and we’re also being forced to deal with juror intimidation via threat of race riots, exposure of private information by the media, and targeting of jurors via the Holder Department of Injustice.

I was foreman of a jury and I asked the fellow jurors one question and we convicted the perp.. He was drunk and had a small child in the car and hit a car at an intersection. Drunk driving plus child endangerment. He pleaded not guilty - had been drinking beer all day with fishing buddies. I asked the jurors if they were going to vote not guilty, did they believe that enough to have their small child in their car at that intersection with this man coming toward them. Took a vote and we convicted him.
The man's attorney told me later that the guy was a habitual drunk and he should have been convicted. I'll swear, if I was a lawyer, I could not defend an alcoholic driving around with a little child.
Don't bother telling me every person deserves a fair trial. I say some people need to be killed before they kill someone else and he was one of them.
