Today, July 5th, is DAY #19 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
The State is expected to wrap up their case today – A great recap of the trial so far is available HERE: The key witness today expected to be Sybrina Fulton, mom.
Great Expectations? Remember, as y’all have noted during the 15+ months of research, there is so much corruption in the assembly of this case we could expect the State to avoid the traditional witnesses brought by normal prosecutions. We have not been disappointed in our predictions. The state has already won a pre-trial motion to bar the defense mentioning the absence of any witness from the State’s case.
So it comes as no surprise, not a single State investigator has been called, not a single FBI officer, only one local investigative detective, Chris Serino (who supported the defense), and now the profound possibility they won’t even present the Seminole County Medical Examiner. So has the State actually even proven that Trayvon is indeed, deceased? Without the M.E. the ballistics are essentially moot – where did the aforementioned bullet come from? They have not established it came from Trayvon’s body. Think about it.
Because of pre-trial ‘motions in limine’ to exclude the defense bringing it up, O’Mara cannot mention it. Would/Will the jurors notice a missing M.E. = Trayvon blood tox. etc?

Yes, Zimmerman was carrying a gun. Yes, he told the dispatcher that he was following Martin. Yes, it was dark. And, yes, Zimmerman has experienced and is still experiencing serious problems.
I don't think those facts are in controversy. The dispute (if there is one) concerns what happened after the two actually made contact. The jury will probably acquit because of what happened after they made contact, not because of doubts about whether Zimmerman had a gun, or doubts about whether Zimmerman followed Martin or doubts about whether it was dark.
I have heard people complain many times about threads not loading in the past several years. I couldn’t understand why because I have never had that problem. I see that people suggest only having it load 20 responses. Now I know why I never had the problem. I have always had mine set at 20.
I don’t know who you are, but I’ve been in every trial thread since Uncle Chip started doing them, you can save your pissy comments for someone else, got it?
Does this mean it's an FR technical thing or not.....? I used to be able to type in the recipient's box above "Admin Moderator" to notify management of the problem....now this handle nor any variation of it doesn't seem to work any more.

The Medical Examiner typed his own notes...in Chinese? lol
On the actual autopsy report, Martin’s left hand has a laceration on the knuckle of his fourth finger (ring finger).
Savage is from NYC, he wet his pants as soon as he heard the word “gun”.
During direct, was he not also reading from his “notes”. I think Baldo noticed that and shut him down when he went on a long spree as to what was fact, opinion etc. I think Baldo realized at that point he was talking from notes made duirng his witness prep which would contain other quotes too which would be damaging to Baldo’s remaining on the Bar.

PS to all: I had to go to my account preferences and set it to read only 20 comments per page; otherwise it will not load the full page at my usual setting of 100 per. Doing it 20 at a time is working as a work-around.
I tried the 20 post thing and it didn’t help, not when I went back to a bad page. That page continues to be off as well as a couple of others. Didn’t know I could get the 100 post one, which I will be using.
