At top of latest (or whatever) posts page... Account... Preferences.
Be careful with changing preferences, once I ended up liking show tunes for a whole week before it wore off. ;)

Back out to home page, click on ‘Account’ at top. Then click on ‘My Preferences’. Set ‘Thread Pagination’ to ‘20 messages per page’. Then give a special thanks to the Robinsons for all their hard work.
