The National Security Agency and the FBI are tapping directly into the central servers of nine leading U.S. Internet companies, extracting audio, video, photographs, e-mails, documents and connection logs that enable analysts to track a person’s movements and contacts over time.
The highly classified program, code-named PRISM, has not been disclosed publicly before. Its establishment in 2007 and six years of exponential growth took place beneath the surface of a roiling debate over the boundaries of surveillance and privacy. Even late last year, when critics of the foreign intelligence statute argued for changes, the only members of Congress who know about PRISM were bound by oaths of office to hold their tongues.

I am on politics overload. (No comment necessary.) I am so sick of this egregious trampling on our Constitutional rights - 1st amendment, 2nd amendment, 4th amendment, 9th amendment, 10th amendment... I feel the urge to vomit - all over the feet of those-who-shall-not-be-named. (Actually, I think I will vomit on my own shoes and then throw those shoes at those-who-shall-not-be-named.)

Me neither...and even my adult children are amazed. ..but preparing, knowing that it’s possible this time God may just not slow things down as HE’s done in the past. Certainly He can still do so....but the will of the people in this nation isn’t as we once knew.
I thought 9/11 would really wake us up...but many have fallen asleep again and willing so...even in light of the Fort Hood shootings etc.
These “minions” believe THEY are bringing all this about....they will in time see they were just being used.
Friend, you have your opinion and I mine. I respect you for your opinion. But, I firmly believe most of what we are experiencing now is OUR inability to deal with these things decades ago. While the progressives went into the schools and colleges and started doing this to our children, we sat on our butts thinking all was okay. We allowed this to happen because we were not diligent to what was going on. After Vietnam, everyone was just happy to get out of the war. Everone thought we were all going to big fat and happy. Then Watergate. Then Carter and his mess. Reagan did a lot to fix it. But then the progressives saw the threat of Reagan and the conservative takeover and they went into ballistic mode. We got Daddy Bush, a failure, and Klinton for two terms, another colossal failure and then GW for two terms that may have had good points, but his spending at the end started us down this Obama road. Now they are ruling and I see no hope to ever get it back under control. Not when 48% are on free stuff. They have that 48% vote. All they need in any election is 2.1% and they win, 50.1% to 49.9%. They win. There simply are not enough of us to fight this good fight. That is why I do not place my hope in man. I place my hope in my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. ONLY He will fix what ails this world. Repentance is what this nation needs. Without it, His protective hand continues to be withdrawn. That is how I see it. And, to all respects to other opinions, you have yours and I have mine.

"They" didn't go after Allen West with dirt. RINOS in the Florida Republican Party gerrymandered his district. Allen West is still around and is in a very good position to go after Rubio.
I wish West the best....but they sure did go after West when he ran...and when that didn’t go according to plan they gerrymandered his district. And you don’t think they’ll play harder ball if he runs again?
West will likely stand against it...one of the very few...but how many Wests are there who dare to call a spade a spade? Precious few....and certainly not enough to take on this glob of rooted crap that’s moving things down the road at lightening speed.
We all continue to fight where we can...as Palin said...”At least we’ll go down swinging”...and I fear that will be exactly the case.

Random acts of terrorism are good for the powers that be. It keeps the LIV's unsettled, and willing to be made safe. It justifies more control, which is the goal, not destroying what we consider to be the enemy, but managing the enemy for good use.
I feel like it is time for a great separation and realignment.
