and for Mike Savage to drag Isr into his argument the way he does only serves to mislead listeners about what the real situation is
I think it does a lot of harm
(I rather like much of what Savage does otherwise, but he’s way off on this one aspect of his Syrian argument...which otherwise has some good sense to it I think)

Savage does very well, he cracks me up, but then he bites like a bad dog.

Savage is a smart guy.
Problem is, he’s not as smart as he thinks he is.
His insticts are usually right though.
I guess Savage deserves some pushback but Levin overdoes it IMO. Makes him look petty. We know Savage dishes Rush and Hannity at times... dont get too sucked in Mark—just let it be...
Savage is like your office cup of coffee. You never know what you get from day to day. Sometimes he’s absolutely brilliant and making some excellent insightful points. Other times he goes off on tangents and rants and its hard to know where he’s coming from. Doesn’t really bother me—I can tune in or out anytime. Suits me just fine.
I believe I’ve now listened to the entire podcast for Thursday, and perhaps zoned out for 3 minutes... but I don’t think so... never heard this 3-minute diatribe on Savage.
Perhaps it was removed from the podcast? Perhaps it was on some segment other than the 3-hour syndicated show?
Anyways, if you heard it in the show... can you give a pointer? Beginning/Middle end?

I listen to both and others besides. I do not consider a talk show host a "home team." I do not have a single favorite.
I don’t blame you for being done w talk radio “conservatives”... if they can still be called that. Hard to listen to most anymore...they just parrot the Rove/Norquist/McCain/Barnes GOP RINO line

I tried to listen once, but couldn’t for more than 10 mins.
BOR is the same as Savage. They both have positions that are all over the map, so that sometimes everybody agrees with them.
