Savage is like your office cup of coffee. You never know what you get from day to day. Sometimes he’s absolutely brilliant and making some excellent insightful points. Other times he goes off on tangents and rants and its hard to know where he’s coming from. Doesn’t really bother me—I can tune in or out anytime. Suits me just fine.
I use the Chemex System, with a fresh bean, Turkish-fine grind, so I get exactly the same brew everyday; have for 40yrs.
