I was a Boy Scout for 10 years. Saw this coming. Last year I served was in 1996. Took close to 20 years, but the change has happened.

That picture did not make me laugh — it made me gag.
I think the American people as a whole strongly favor this change in Scout policy. I don’t think very many will leave the organization, but even more may enter Scouting. The American people are liberally predictable.
Adult leaders will abandon Scouting.
End of story.

Because that wasn't the point. They wanted to conquer the BSA. There needs to be a rebellion. Every BSA chapter that opposes this decision should refuse to comply.

It’s all about going after the non-gay boys
I doubt parents want to submit their young boys to a 20% increased chance of being raped.
The organization is now dead.
You might as well let girls in then, the whole idea was to have a non-sexual all heterosexual boys group...If you add gay boys, the whole thing changes.
I don’t see what the fuss is all about.
Why can’t certain Scout troops just “leave” the national organization, still follow all the traditions and processes of the “Boy Scouts”..they could call themselves “The Traditional Boy Scouts”.........
.....the ‘mixed’ troops could call themselves “The New Boy Scouts” and then parents could choose.
If the “Traditonalists” don’t take federal money..no problems.
I spent 11 years as a Scoutmaster, attended Wood Badge, & worked on council for a total of 34 years in scouting. As of today all ties & donations will sadly end. I just can’t imagine or condone any parent allowing their eleven + year old sons on camp outs with the possibility of be molested by older gay scouts.

Nope, what will happen is that membership will utterly collapse.
The gaystapo knows this. The BSA do not. They haven’t figured out what the others know - that the BSA doesn’t need these sponsors. They can get by on less money and more boys.
The ones who are pushing this agenda are not the people who would put their children into scouting. The BSA will figure this out soon enough when enrollment dwindles away to nothing.
The gay-rights activists will not be satisfied with membership in good standing and being allowed to fully participate like everyone else. They want to be able to openly promote homosexuality.
parents should ask it there are any queers in the Pack/Troop and if so, move their son's to a queer free Pack/Troop...
It’s going to take multiple generations to fix the mess that radical liberalism has made of this country. Don’t give up.
