Terrorism. Chaos. Fear of the future. In the age of Obama, America is undergoing a fundamental transformation that much everyone knows.
But what few seem to realize about this transformation is that the sheer stress of living in todays America is driving tens of millions to the point of illness, depression and self-destruction. Consider the following trends:
Suicide has surpassed car crashes as the leading cause of injury death for Americans. Even more disturbing, in the worlds greatest military, more U.S. soldiers died last year by suicide than in combat;
Fully one-third of the nations employees suffer chronic debilitating stress, and more than half of all millennials (18 to 33 year olds) experience a level of stress that keeps them awake at night, including large numbers diagnosed with depression or anxiety disorder.
Shocking new research from the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention shows that one in five of all high-school-aged children in the United States has been diagnosed with ADHD, and likewise a large new study of New York City residents shows, sadly, that one in five preteens children aged six to 12 have been medically diagnosed with either ADHD, anxiety, depression or bipolar disorder;
New research concludes that stress renders people susceptible to serious illness, and a growing number of studies now confirm that chronic stress plays a major role in the progression of cancer, the nations second-biggest killer. The biggest killer of all, heart disease, which causes one in four deaths in the U.S., is also known to have a huge stress component;
Incredibly, 11 percent of all Americans aged 12 and older are currently taking SSRI antidepressants those highly controversial, mood-altering psychiatric drugs with the FDAs suicidality warning label and alarming correlation with school shooters.

Don’t worry, raising CAFE standards for gas mileage will put things back in balance.
Freedom is just another word for nothing left to lose?
Stress?
Meantime Israel has the lowest suicide rate of all the industrialized countries.

0bama’s constant bashing has earned him the title of “Demotivator-In-Chief”.
Let's see. Is there more than one possible explanation for this?
Are there more children with ADHD than in the past? Or could this be a case of over-diagnosis of a fashionable new "disease?"
Or, of course, it could be both.
If anybody thinks these standards will be implemented as written he is totally nuts.
We will have multiple extensions and exceptions put in so we can pretend they’re being met when they’re not.
FORTY FIVE YEARS ago I read about stress then. The article started with how a man missed a stage coach in the 1880s and said,
“Oh well. Another will be along next week!”
But now, the article said, “a man goes into blind rage if he misses the revolving door.”
****Maybe its time to offer free handguns for self extermination!!****
In the 1880s cheap $2.00 guns weren’t called “Suicide Specials” for nothing.
My wife worked 28 years in Special Education, all I can say is follow the money.
**Suicide has surpassed car crashes as the leading cause of injury death for Americans.**
I don’t think this is totally a true statement. How about all the babies killed through abortion?
Yes, the fetus is a baby, the mother is not expecting any longer......the baby is there! And the baby has a soul.
You mean he screwed up by re-electing Øbama?
They do seem to run contrary to the laws of physics and the nature of markets... but you know how libs feel about these things.
The way to prevent all this suicide is to come to God!
He has three answers: Yes, No, Not yet.
The can slipped out of its wrapper the minute I picked it up. I stood there wondering what just happened. Ever had that happen? Open a can, pick it up, and the can hits the floor?
My Yorkie ran over to lick up the orange juice and she thought it was grand. I thought it was the pits to get up all those oranges and juice all over the floor.
I would guess 80% of these problems could be solved by turning off your TV set.
Psychoactive drugs are extremely abused. Anyone having a bad day can get them. Over 15 million people are on psychoactive drugs. The wife is a director at a mental hospital. When they opened the adolescent unit it fill and stays full of one GenWhyMe after another seeking attention and threatening suicide. The adult units are no better.
There are people that have real mental issues, from brain damage to mental illnesses. Those people are dwarfed by those without any real issue except being gutless wonders.
It’s TV and information overload. People were happier when they weren’t bombarded with images of people that look smarter, better looking, richer, and happier than them. It doesn’t matter that it’s illusion. And kids have ADHD ‘cause they’re plugged into video games from birth and progrmmed into organized sports instead of playing outside.
I think sending these people to live in Haiti for a year would do wonders to clear things up.
Look up a vision that St. Faustina had about a black box and how it would affect peoples’ morals.
Excellent therapeutic idea.
