A recording of the radio traffic between fire dispatch and responders reveal that West fire units report that a bomb went off in the building.
It does not require a High Explosive.

Correct. Also I read in an early report that there was a fire, they used water and then the explosion. Water and AN is endothermic but after a certain point it becomes exothermic so that could have been a factor.

Yeah, a fertilizer plant blew up. Happens. Fertilizer plants, fireworks factories, and munitions plants all have similar track records of cooking off now and again.
Goes off *like* a bomb due to the materials involved.
But it would be stupid to pretend that an accidental explosion, or words to describe such in the heat of the moment, would be the same as a deliberately designed bomb.

There is video of the blast. And prior to the explosion there WAS a pretty major fire going on there.

There’s another video somewhere on youtube that slows it down frame-by-frame. Needless to say, HUGE explosion.
That is the video that has already been debunked by several sources. Apparently it is from a few years ago.

Videographer was taping the fire when the major explosion occurred.
Up to the Minute on CBS is showing the major damage to the homes in the area. Walls blown in 10 feet or more.

Some of the other threads also mention it and that the news source retracted after showing it.
I also know that a good percentage of those fires and explosions are sabotage or arson. It can be a disgruntled employee, financial difficulties, or an environmental wack job.
It's why we have arson investigation squads. I also know that a trained firefighter can recognize a bomb as well as other devices used to commit arson.
Terrorism is always a possibility of course, and given all the DHS/FEMA/USFA training on the subject that has been thrust upon us since 911, may have been the first thing the firefighter thought of when the place went up.
Did you even look at the video in post 31. It is not the same video as the one with man and his kid in the truck. Please review both videos.
Looks like two completely different videos to me. I recognize the video you referenced as an old video that I’ve seen many times before.
