Just a few minutes ago on CNN, Pentagon correspondent Barbara Starr reported that a high-placed source informed her that former CIA Chief David Petraeus will use his upcoming testimony to amend his previous testimony. According to this source, Petraeus will tell the closed door congressional hearing that he knew "almost immediately" that the September 11 anniversary attack on our Libyan consulate was a terrorist attack committed by the al-Qaeda-linked militia Ansar Al Sharia.

The question that needs to be answered is: Who gave the “Stand down” order? No one other than Obozo had that authority. Commanders in the field denied giving the command.

Everything went down contrary to Obama’s “narrative” about terrorism being crushed, and they panicked.
They conjured up a lie and peddled it for a week or more through the TV shows. The lies were drafted by Jarrett and Axelrod based on loose CIA talking points. They sifted through what they wanted to keep.
Then they sicked the MSM on Romney to deflect attention from the disaster.
For good measure, they tucked the word “terror” into the Rose Garden remarks to prepare a contingency “limited modified hang-out”. This would also be useful to shift back and forth and dodge questions throughout the election, including the 2nd debate. Back-up smoke screen was the “ongoing investigation.”
Bottom line: they panicked, they lied, and engaged in a massive cover-up to get them thru the election, aided and abetted by the MSM.
Looks just like the Watergate pattern (except help from MSM). How Obama and Clinton dishonored the caskets of those dead heros while peddling lie after lie is treason in my book.

You beat me to it...he’s no longer the CIA Chief, so Petraeus no longer has a protection detail. A number of funny things could happen between now and Friday. If Mike Rogers is smart, he has arranged some sort of security for General Petraeus, and will leave it in place as long as he’s needed to testify (if Petraeus drops the expected bombshell, he’ll be recalled multiple times, to repudiate other lies from Team obama).
Suddenly, the discovery of Paula Broadwell’s driver’s license in that DC park is taking on new meaning. Has anyone actually confirmed that she is still among the living?
I'm sure there's enough evidence out there to convict Obama and his flying monkeys many times over. The thing is, who will do it? Incidentally, I agree, it would not surprise me at all if some of the players ended up in Foster care.

Paula Broadwell University of Denver Remarks on Libya’s Attack [TRANSCRIPT]:
Audience Member: Thanks for taking my question.General Petraeus in his new role has a difficult situation now in the center of the situation in Benghazi. Do you have any comment?
Broadwell: Well just to create some context for those in the room. As you know the Ambassador in Benghazi was killed along with a couple of security agents who happened to be CIA security paramilitary forces, that just came out today in Fox News. But the challenge has been the fog of war. And the greater challenge is that it is political hunting season. So this whole thing has been turning into a very political sort of arena if you will.
But the facts that came out today were that the ground forces there at the CIA annex, which is different from the consulate, were requesting reinforcements. They were requesting the it’s called the C-in-C’s In Extremis Force, a group of Delta Force operators, our very, most talented guys we have in the military. They could have come and reinforce the consulate and the CIA annex that were under attack.
Now, I don’t know if a lot of you heard this, but the CIA annex had actually, um, had taken a couple of Libyan militia members prisoner and they think that the attack on the consulate was an effort to try to get these prisoners back. So that’s still being vetted. The challenging thing for General Petraeus is that in his new position, he’s not allowed to communicate with the press. So he’s known all of this. Thye had correspondance with the CIA station chief in Libya within 24 hours they kind of knew what was happening. But if you remember at the time, the Muslim video, the Mohammad video that came out, the demonstrations that were going on in Cairo, there were demonstrations in 22 other countries around the world, tens of thousands of people and our government was kind of concert that this would become a nightmare for us.
So you can understand if you put yourself on his shoes, or Secretary Clinton’s shoes or the President’s shoes that we thought it was tied somehow to the demonstrations in Cairo. And it’s true that we have similar intelligence that shows the militia members in Libya were watching the demonstrations in Cairo and it did sort of galvanize their effort. So we’ll find out the facts soon enough as a former intel officer is frustrating to me because it reveals our sources and methods. I don’t think the public necessarily needs to know all of that. It is a tragedy that we lost and Ambassador and two other Government officials and something, there was a failure in the system because there was additional security requested. But is frustrating to see the sort of political aspect of what’s going on with this whole investigation.

Worst-case scenario: Petraeus is “recalled” to active duty to face adultery charges, based on a relationship with Broadwell during his time on active duty. Loses one star, retires as a Lieutenant General, slightly smaller pension check, other benefits unchanged. And, if he drops the bomb on Team Obama, his book will generate enough sales that his $100,000+ military pension will become pocket change.
There are elements within the CIA that even Obozo Mugabe had best be wary of. Not at all healthy to invoke by name or betray.
Very bad stuff.
I hope that Petraeus finally grows a pair of balls and in line with his oath -- Duty, Honor, Country -- that he will finally speak the truth, which is that Panetta & 0dumb0shit gave the order either directly or indirectly (by 0dumb0 going to the bed) that our reinforcements or intervention forces were told to STAND DOWN, even as our 4 Americans were battling for their lives.
Could get interesting indeed especially when you consider the stories that Feinstein is less than underwhelmed with BHO and his security antics over Bin Laden’s departure.
