Controversial anti-Obama billboards showing children giving the finger to President Barack Obama have sparked outrage among passing drivers. The three provocative campaign posters are on display outside a motorbike accessories store off Route 27 in Hanson, Massachusetts.
One shows a little girl raising her middle finger next to the message: 'Thanks Obama. Youve spent my lunch money, my allowance, my inheritance, 35 years of future paychecks and my retirement. You Jerk. Vote Mitt Romney For 2012!'
Beneath the picture are the words: 'Somewhere in Kenya a village is missing its idiot. Obama One Big A** Mistake America. Vote Mitt Romney For 2012!' Eric Folsom, a father from a neighboring town, told local newspaper The Enterprise that it could put him in a difficult position when he passes by with his six-year-old daughter. 'If she saw that, shed say "Why is that little girl doing that? What does that mean?"' he said. 'How do I explain that?'
:: Eric Folsom, a father from a neighboring town...’How do I explain that?’ ::
Same way any other father does: “It’s a rude and insulting gesture and really shouldn’t be used by anyone, let alone a child.”
In a word, FUEF!
My, my. How excited passions are this year. I wonder why.
“Ask the libs how youre supposed to explain one nearly naked man walking another on a leash!”
Robert Jordan fans. They’re playing Seanchan, although they really should both be female for that.
Man, you got THAT right.. and it is 100% more honest too...
Poor liberal ninny... this is JUST SO SAD....
But.. but.. They have men like.. John Kerry.. Did you know that he is in Viet Nam?!
err... nevermind...
/supersarcasm
Screw him too.. him and all of his ‘rice in the butt’ Purple Hearts ... actually hurts to mention the PH with him on the same web-page :/
I still can’t believe that THEY are still denying any of their protests happened with all of the ‘nazi/Bushhilter/Satan’ posters and signs... How hard can it be for everyone to see now that we have the Web and can look it up?!
Well Mr. Folsom, just tell her the truth. I'm pretty sure she knows what 'the finger' means.
Thank you. However understandable it is to want to get as crude as the opposition, it demeans us, IMHO. It also cuts us off at the knees when we do try to take the high ground.
There was a thread I read earlier about Karl Rove actually joking about the murder of Akin. Like him or not, Akin is actually running for office by vote of people of Missouri and should not have to deal with this type of attack, from ANYONE. I do not like seeing our side behaving this way.

I AM for annihilating our opposition with cold hard brutal facts and Truths which may be hard to hear. (As we were all wishing for from John McCain to unleash Sarah Palin! The TRUTH would have sufficed.)
BUMPING YOUR COMMENT TO THE TOP!!
“I stop short of supporting blatant disrespect for authority...and in this case the OFFICE of the President of the United States IMO is diminished when We The People sink to a Chicago thugs political tactics.”
Maybe the right should just take old anti-Bush billboards and posters and substitute 0bama’s pic in them? Oh, that’s right, people would be arrested for doing that.
Wars are won using hundreds of different strategies, and thousands, or tens of thousands of tactics.
This man decided this tactic was the best tactic his money could buy, and he may be right. He has been willing to put his money, his reputation, and perhaps even his business on the line to enact what he believes. I like it when a few people do this kind of stuff.
It got played around the world, something I would guess your tactic would not.
Sometimes I break - and steal... totally tagable. Thanks!
I’m ashamed to acknowledge that I know what you’re talking about... though I stopped reading the series after a while when it became increasingly divergent.
I don’t like motorcycles but hooray for this business. It expresses what the conservative voter is only thinking.
great article!
Bout right.
