How to delete a FREEP account?

How can I do this? I've become annoyed with all of you as a Libertarian and want out. Can I call out the mods to delete me? I'll admit that I was a good freep member for years (since 2006) but I can't take you all anymore. You are all way too naive--until you all realize this, we are all doomed. John Stossel, Ayn Rand, and Nick Gillespie are my heroes not big government George Bush (I and II), Ronald Reagan, and Bill O'Reilley. Grow up. You are all great people, but I'm done. Out.

Exactly. I’ve never understand the need to make an announcement of one’s departure off any chat site. Just stop posting and if you later wish to return, don’t make a big deal out of it.

Self-described Libertarians that reject Conservatism often support killing nascent life, and state prosecution of those that do not support homosexual “marriage”. No doubt this is the real reason for your departure.

When I was with the Young Americans for Freedom, I occasionally tangled with such Libertarians. They would actually say, "we're not conservatives, we're libertarians." Most of them were pro-aborts--I never met one that was pro-life--and their biggest issue was legalizing drugs. Homosexual "rights" and same-sex "marriage" were not issues in those days, but I have no doubt where they would have stood on those questions.

The conservative libertarians in YAF were more excited about slashing bureaucracy, government regulations and taxes.
