Chick-fil-A gave $2 million to seven anti-gay groups in 2010, the most recent year for which figures are available, according to Equality Matters' analysis of its charitable giving.

Subway is good, but there again, way too much sodium. I sometimes will get a 6” turkey breast sandwich with lettuce and tomato, no mayo or sauces, and while it is low fat, the sodium content is still too high. But even better restaurants put too much sodium in their food. My brother and his wife love Olive Garden, but I have yet to find an entree under 1000 mg. of sodium. I just can’t eat out all day, every day, but when I do, I have to drink plenty of water and hardly rest for the rest of the day to reduce sodium levels. Most of the time, I’m better off making my own.
We get tons of vegetables on the Subway sandwiches when we get them. We’ll also get a full sandwich and then split it. I always end up getting about 2/3. :-)
That was decent of them.
B***holeInsider is a virulent left wing publication. They slant so far they’re laying down. They make PMSNBC look conservative.
True about Detroit... Chicago seems to be ground zero for all the political shenanigans we are witnessing now.
Also, gangs of feral urban youths emboldened by the Holder and Barry, are on the warpath in the Loop, picking off lone pedestrians and the unaware. So be careful on your next trip here.
Here's some history. Chick-Fil-A
You could check their web site to see if they have gift cards and then give them to friends/neighbors who live near one. Just an idea.
Now that is customer service.
Cool stuff. Did you go there because of this article or was it planned?
I went there today because of the article, but have always been a fan.
I admit I haven’t read the article, but whenever someone mentions Chik-fil-A, here’s what I have to say:
— Their customer service is ALWAYS friendlier and more helpful than any other fast-food (and many regular) restaurants;
— I like that their kids’ meals never promote some crappy movie or cartoon character;
— The food is actually half-decent -— it’s one of the only fast-food places I don’t mind going to

That’s because the other side projects hatred into other people who don’t agree with them like “yes-men”. The whole “pride” thing has been a vehicle to legimitize religious persecution and hatred from day one.

You stole the words from me, but I agree, I do like the fact that Chick-Fil-A isn’t the major advertising joint that I get with McDonald’s, and I think their Eat More Chikin’ Cow on the billboards is hillarious.
Thanks for reminding me where I’m going to lunch tomorrow!
Too bad we don’t have a Chick-fil-A around here, I’d love to patronize them
Pro normal would be the correct term.

Then he wouldn’t even know what a book was...
“To me Chik-fil-a is the only fast food. You get your food fast and you are treated with respect.
If I am close to one they have my business. Good food and good people.”
Now that a restaurant in PA is being sued because they give a discount for bringing in the church newsletter, watch Chik-Fil-A be sued for being closed on Sunday.
