In a shocking interview yesterday on the Sean Hannity Radio Show, author Ed Klein said Barack Obamas former pastor helped Obama accept Christianity without having to renounce Islam. The Daily Caller reported:
Klein also said Wright told him he made it comfortable for Obama to accept Christianity without having renounce his Islamic background, which Klein said he has on tape.
-snip-
Klein spoke more on this in a separate interview with NewsMax:
Klein says Obama originally sought out Wright to discuss community activism.
Quickly the conversations turned from picking up garbage on the street and getting streetlights put up on street corners to political matters and religious matters, Klein says. And the Rev. Wright turned into really a substitute father figure, who guided Obama in the two major areas of his life.
The first area was Obamas identity just who was he?
Obama was steeped in Islam but knew nothing about Christianity, Klein says.
Klein asked Wright if he converted Obama from being a Muslim into a Christian.
He said, I dont know about that. but I can tell you that I made it easy for him to come to an understanding of who Jesus Christ is and not feel that he was turning his back on his Islamic friends and his Islamic traditions and his understanding of Islam, Klein says.
The second area was Obamas political philosophy. Wright introduced Obama to Black Liberation theology.

“Which means he never really did accept Christianity.”

Yep. You are dead on. Rev. Wright was careful with his language.
Very interesting timing—thank you for posting it!
But...but...the MSM assured me that anyone who thought Barry still had some Muslim affiliation is just a crazy birther.
“hat is a threesome for history : First black, first Gay, first Muslim, and maybe first immigrant.”
First America-hater, first communist...first....gulp : )
The Real Story Behind Rev. Wright's Controversial Black Liberation Theology Doctrine

FoxNews/Hannity's America
[special Friday night edition--original airdate May 2, 2008]
(some key excerpts)
["(Jose) Diaz-Balart is the son of Rafael Diaz-Balart y Guitierrez (a former Cuban politician). He has three bothers, Rafael Diaz-Balart (a banker), Mario Diaz-Balart (a US Congressman) and Lincoln Diaz-Balart (also a US Congressman). His aunt, Mirta Diaz-Balart, was Fidel Castro's first wife."
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jose_Diaz-Balart]
JOSE DIAZ-BALART, TELEMUNDO NETWORK: "Liberation theology in Nicaragua in the mid-1980's was a pro-Sandinista, pro-Marxist, anti-U.S., anti-Catholic Church movement. That's it. No ifs, ands, or buts. His church apparently supported, in the mid-'80s in Nicaragua, groups that supported the Sandinista dictatorships and that were opposed to the Contras whose reason for being was calling for elections. That's all I know. I was there.
I saw the churches in Nicaragua that he spoke of, and the churches were churches that talked about the need for violent revolution and I remember clearly one of the major churches in Managua where the Jesus Christ on the altar was not Jesus Christ, he was a Sandinista soldier, and the priests talked about the corruption of the West, talked about the need for revolution everywhere, and talked about 'the evil empire' which was the United States of America."
REV. BOB SCHENCK, NATIONAL CLERGY COUNCIL: "it's based in Marxism. At the core of his [Wright's] theology is really an anti-Christian understanding of God, and as part of a long history of individuals who actually advocate using violence in overthrowing those they perceive to be oppressing them, even acts of murder have been defended by followers of liberation theology. That's very, very dangerous."
SCHENCK: "I was actually the only person escorted to Dr. Wright. He asked to see me, and I simply welcomed him to Washington, and then I said Dr. Wright, I want to bring you a warning: your embrace of Marxist liberation theology. It is contrary to the Gospel, and you need, sir, to abandon it. And at that he dropped the handshake and made it clear that he was not in the mood to dialogue on that point."

Obama's Church: Gospel of Hate
Kathy Shaidle, FrontPageMag.com
Monday, April 07, 2008
In March of 2007, FOX News host Sean Hannity had engaged Obamas pastor in a heated interview about his Churchs teachings. For many viewers, the ensuing shouting match was their first exposure to "Black Liberation Theology"...
Like the pro-communist Liberation Theology that swept Central America in the 1980s and was repeatedly condemned by Pope John Paul II, Black Liberation Theology combines warmed-over 1960s vintage Marxism with carefully distorted biblical passages. However, in contrast to traditional Marxism, it emphasizes race rather than class. The Christian notion of "salvation" in the afterlife is superseded by "liberation" on earth, courtesy of the establishment of a socialist utopia.

Catholics for Marx [Liberation Theology]
By Fr. Robert Sirico
FrontPageMagazine.com | Thursday, June 03, 2004
In the days when the Superpowers were locked in a Cold War, Latin America seethed with revolution, and millions lived behind an iron curtain, a group of theologians concocted a novel idea within the history of Christianity. They proposed to combine the teachings of Jesus with the teachings of Marx as a way of justifying violent revolution to overthrow the economics of capitalism.
The Gospels were re-rendered not as doctrine impacting on the human soul but rather as windows into the historical dialectic of class struggle. These "liberation theologians" saw every biblical criticism of the rich as a mandate to expropriate the expropriating owners of capital, and every expression of compassion for the poor as a call for an uprising by the proletarian class of peasants and workers.

"We believe in a Black first philosophy and a Black Liberation Theology."

Although it [The New Black Panther Party] says it sees capitalism as the fundamental problem with the world and revolution as the solution, the new party does not draw its influences from Marxism or Maoism as the original party did. Instead, in a carefully-worded, roundabout form of ethnic nationalism,[8] they say that Marx based his ideology and teachings on indigenous African cultures, and that the NBPP therefore need not look to Marxism or Maoism as a basis for their program, but can look to ideologies that stem directly from those African origins.

I don't think he has a clue. Besides, any President who can says we are no longer a Christian Nation shouldn't be sitting in the office in the first place...and for that reason alone.....we may have many "warts" with all the immigration but our roots still hold in this storm of foreigners flooding in.
Agreed. How are his Mohammedan friends reacting to Maobama’s “evolution”?
I tend to think Obama is not a Christian....and at least not a practicing Muslim. I think his only religion is whatever the moment calls for which might put him in a favorable light....he just goes with whatever the flow of the moment is....I don’t believe his wife is either....for the same reasons....As for the girls...time will tell.
I do believe he ‘favors’ Muslims over Christians though. When he speaks of Muslims it’s always favorable...when he speaks of Christianity it isn’t.
Truly a evil minister, evil theology, evil on so many levels.
IIRC, Wright is also a “convert” from Islam.
It seems like since he has come out in favor of all these homosexual issues, sharia law would require that something terrible be done to him - by muslims of course. I would NEVER advocate violence. :-|
Did you hear Obama’s pronouncement in favor of gay marriage? It sounded like he was being held in an Al Qaeda underground bunker with a sword to his neck. And he kinda was. He is pulled between his Muslim keepers and the Hollywood moneybags. But he wanted that Clooney $15 mil.
This guy asserts there’s an audio recording of all this...and that he’ll give a copy to the host. Anyone know the status on that and UPDATE US ALL when and if it happens!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Klein should make this book a free download so the maximum number of people read it.
aww c'mon, we have no *proof* of the limo ride with larry ???
Of course if he converted, he would be up for the death penalty in any Islamic country.
“57 states”
Who would have ever thought less than a decade after 9/11 we would fall for the most common islamic tactic in taking over a culture?
While we know he is a community organizer and now we know he has never turned to Christianity...and he practices the tactic of taqiya do we really dare ask his true loyalties?
For all we don't know about him, even after nearly 4 years as President, is this not very, very odd.
Would it be possible, dare I even think it, that a team of Democrats who worked to put him in place, along with him, are actually radical middle eastern agents?
From Pelosi’s trip to the middle east in 2008 against the advisement of the then sitting President to 0bama’s hidden past, and into the Arab spring...to occupy wall street
Somebody pass the tin-foil please...
He's not religious at all. He's a communist. Communists laugh at people who are religious. They think they're uneducated fools. But when one's in a position of power where they're trying to sway or control a lot of people, they need to PRETEND they respect or adhere to it. Could you imagine if a candidate for president ever said he doesn't believe in God? He would have absolutely no chance of getting elected.
Next thing you know they'll tell us he was born in Kenya and is a hard-core Marxist
The so-called "Nation of Islam" is a "Black Liberation" communist front movement like Wright's phony church. Farrakhan doesn't sincerely believe in "Allah". His role models are people (monsters) like Castro and Mao. He describes both Obama and Mao as "transformers".
Louis Farrakhan, Santiago de Cuba, February, 1998:
"There is not a member of the black masses in the United States who is not proud of the example set by Cuba and its revolution, with Comandante Fidel at its head"

Unity generates power to change reality
By the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan
"The time has never been more ripe for a strategic relationship between the Black, Brown, Native American and the poor of this nation and the world."
"We need a Ministry of Defense. Our young men are born soldiers, but they are in the wrong war. They are fighting a war in the streets of America against each other, or they are fighting an unjust war overseas in Afghanistan and Iraq. We need to bring our boys home and put them into the Ministry of Defense, so we can defend our communities, rather than destroy our communities.
We need a Ministry of Art and Culture. We applaud the hip hop community, the leaders of young people all over the world, but I want the young generation of artists to know there is a bigger purpose for art and culture than popping our fingers and shaking our backsides.
Mao Tse Tung, throughout his long march to conquer China, had a billion people whose lives he had to transform. Many of them were victims of opium, drugs and prostitution, like we are. But Mao Tse Tung went to the cultural community and they accepted his idea. Then, through song, dance, poetry, drama, documentaries, movies and books, the idea of Mao Tse Tung became the idea of a billion people. China became a world power on the base of culture and the artistic community. If we had a Ministry of Art and Culture in every city, [we'd] create this movement [in the U.S.], we could say to our young people, What is the idea of the Time and are you reflecting that idea in your songs, dance and music?
We need a Ministry of Trade and Commerce. Do you think that a Millions More Movement should not be involved in the development of Africa, the Caribbean and Central America? ... we need a Ministry of Trade and Commerce that can link the struggle here with Africa and the Caribbean, Central and South America.
