During the speech, Obama ripped into the presumptive GOP nominee and discussed nation building at home, but the most newsworthy item of the day was not the talking points Obama delivered: it was the crowd... or lack thereof. According to ABC News, the Obama campaign had expected an "overflow" of people. Instead, the arena looked half-empty. The Columbus Dispatch reports that Obama organizers even had people move from the seats to the floor of the gym in order to project a larger crowd on television.

I nominate this one for the “Best Post of the Day!” LOL
I hear the same from folks around me even from those that voted for him in 2008.
They try not to blame him too much and try to be sympathetic towards him but by their tone, they know he has failed and they’re scared what he would do in a second term
] When Herod realised that he had been outwitted by the Magi, he was furious, and he gave orders to kill all the boys in Bethlehem and its vicinity who were two years old and under, in accordance with the time he had learned from the Magi.
Anyone who reads this may want to move just a BIT farther away from this Chicago gal!
Fox is spending the morning playing his speech over and over.
“The Democrats should declare the guy ineligible and overturn everything he did to save their party.”
The only real hope the Democrats have to survive this election is to just that and then let the blame fall on the Republicans for not fulfilling their role of ‘loyal opposition’.
The Democrats, except in most liberal of districts, will get wiped out this fall at the national level.
I agree with you sir. My uncle is 87 years old and a WW 2 Navy vet. He also says this is the worst he has ever seen. Actually he says:” I’ve never seen the world this f#@*ed up! Not even during the war!”
Dream on. He will win.
At the end of the day, it really doesn’t matter who’s in the White House. We survived clinton’s 8-year crime spree and we can survive this loser. What we CAN’T survive is a bad Congress. We must elect honorable people who love this country.. not career politicians. The idiots in congress are responsible for this calamity that has been 30 years in the making. We are doomed..special interest groups and political correctness have destroyed our nation.
From YOUR lips to God’s ears!

Well, yes, but only because we allowed it to be destroyed.
Conservatives need to start getting back in on the ground, working their ways up, and change this system back from the bottom up. It’ the only way. Having Romney in MIGHT give us a few more “minutes” of time that we would not have had ...
But we need to get off our butts. Time to put a stop to the lobbyists and special interests. No politician is going to do THAT — so it’s up to us to deal with the politicians directly. They don’t perform? They’re out. Every 2 years.
And perhaps conservatives themselves are going to have to sacrifice a few vacations, a few movies, ballgames, a few golf rounds or girls’ nights out themselves to PUT THE TIME IN and get this situation fixed.
Will we? Or will we remain complacent internet warriors?
Dear Livius:
You’re wrong. The only way the GOP could lose is if they don’t vote. I’ll bet a majority of Democrats with common sense (oximoron) will not vote for Obama.
“There is no way to fight the massive voter fraud.”
Yeah, there is. But let’s hope we don’t have to go there. Think Sarajevo, then think of your own AO.
I hope and pray you are right — but, the numbers just don’t look good:
Black vote — 98%
Hispanic vote — 70%
Youth vote (indoctrinated that to vote against a black is racism) — 70%
Women’s vote — 60% to 70% (they have become a one-issue Obama constituency: “reproductive rights” — ie, the “right” to abortion and promiscuity
White trash (tattoo/body piercing) vote — 60%
I am making a list of news people to call - including Rush.
Search it, you will find multiple sources for the story.
Department of Defense (overseas military votes)
and these states:-
West Virginia
New York
D.C.
Alabama
Florida.

Interesting....thank you for the heads-up.
No matter what they’re saying, the Dems and all blacks (who get at least 3 votes for every GOP vote because of their corrupt districts) will vote for Bambi - and so will a lot of GOPers, since Romney’s positions are little different and apparently in that case voters always go for the most likeable candidate.
I find Obama detestable, but he gets very high likeability ratings across the board, so I guess I’m the exception. Romney gets very low likeability ratings, and has nothing to distinguish him from Obama except being a member of a different non-Christian religion, so I’d say on the whole Obama is going to win. By a landslide, incidentally.
Our only hope is that Ron Paul can get us to a brokered convention and to a new candidate.
I’m not an RP voter, and I think Gingrich would have won if Ron Paul had not dragged off a section of the younger, more radical voters. That group always goes for extremes, but they might have been persuaded by Gingrich’s new ideas even though his ideas weren’t irrational, if RP hadn’t been running.
However, if Ron Paul can get together enough clout to keep Romney from getting the nomination, I’d send him a contribution tomorrow. We will lose with Romney.
To use a familar college basketball March madness phase, Obama is simply “one and done.”.
