"See below what I received from FNC Carl Cameron! This is really wild! More possible Florida election problems?"
Tampa, FL Floridas primary might not be over just yet.
The Newt Gingrich campaign is gearing up to challenge the results of the florida primary based on the Republican National Committees own rules which state that no contest can be winner take all prior to April 1, 2012. (See attached RNC memo.)
The Gingrich campaign plans to challenge Floridas winner take all status & demand proportional allocation of delegates.
Fox News has learned that Thursday, a Florida Gingrich campaign official will begin the process of trying to have the RNC rules enforced so that the Sunshine State delegates are proportionately allocated.
RNC Chairman Reince Priebus warned Florida Republican Party Chairman Lenny Curry of the violation in a December letter quoting the rule,
winner-take-all states cannot hold a primary or caucus before April 1, 2012.

Yes, and do recall that Gingrich is very good at these procedural moves (remember his stint as Speaker). I think he’s dusting off his old skills!

I am afraid the powers that be will just ignore their own rules, when it benefits their selected candidate.
The MSM will just follow along, rail against Newt and call him a sore loser.
Still, if it's legally binding that the votes are to be allocated as written in the article, then Newt should get his proportion of the candidates. I hope he succeeds.

After yesterdays turnout, Im embarrassed to be in Fl. I went to three poll locations and I was the only one at all three. So did you do your part and vote at all of them? :-)

That sound you hear is heads all over DC exploding!!! Newt taking it to the establishment! Not sure yet, that it is smart, but you gotta say that the guy has cajones and is not afraid to take on his own party. I think that it is smart. It is just a glimpse of Newt against the business as usual establishment

Floridians traditionally have trouble with voting.
I dislike that we let little weenie states and obvious incompetents
take out candidates before the real PEOPLE get a say.

Luv it!
I like the idea that Gingrich is now rolling up his sleeves, and the Establishment Elite are being attacked for what they are: Romney-the-RINO boosters!
Newt CLEARLY has a strong argument here, where the Party is held to its own rules (they used the Party Rules against Gingrich in VA to keep him off the ballot, so now it's their turn).
