"See below what I received from FNC Carl Cameron! This is really wild! More possible Florida election problems?"
Tampa, FL Floridas primary might not be over just yet.
The Newt Gingrich campaign is gearing up to challenge the results of the florida primary based on the Republican National Committees own rules which state that no contest can be winner take all prior to April 1, 2012. (See attached RNC memo.)
The Gingrich campaign plans to challenge Floridas winner take all status & demand proportional allocation of delegates.
Fox News has learned that Thursday, a Florida Gingrich campaign official will begin the process of trying to have the RNC rules enforced so that the Sunshine State delegates are proportionately allocated.
RNC Chairman Reince Priebus warned Florida Republican Party Chairman Lenny Curry of the violation in a December letter quoting the rule,
winner-take-all states cannot hold a primary or caucus before April 1, 2012.

Read elsewhere that Team Romney spent 25 million dollars on the FL campaign.
Will we detect buyers remorse?? hee hee hee
I honestly have no idea. All good things to find out before Tuesday! Thank you for jump starting my brain! :o)
Electile dysfunction.
you and I .
I am fed up of these people not just on the left but on thew right looking at ones race, religion, color, sex, etc is.
Remember a time when we got the best person for the job and you know what if a guy or gal was black or white or what ever and they were idiots then they would not get the job.?
McCain saying he has no problem getting beaten because he got beat by the first black President, Coulter now in the homo group , Rove with illegals.
Every time hear face to face a person saying that this place where I live is not diverse because everyone is white or everyone speaks English or the usual is where is the diversity.
I say why are you looking at color , race, etc why not look at at a person based on who they are.
Every time it shuts these idiots up.
Obama got voted in because he was not white, 3 to 4 million blacks came out to vote for the first time and not one could give you a decent answer as to why they voted for him except he is a brother.
Get the best person for the job and those on the left who can only see race or religion are the biggest bigots or racists in this country.
Send the Kennedy-Kerry-Klone back to Mass!
Well. That sounds interesting...
Santorum didn’t win any delegates in IOWA.
Sounds like a rant *I* could give! Remember, the DNC rules require that delegates to its convention meet certain quotas, i.e., X% black, X% women, hispanic, etc. All based on demographic ‘diversity.’
God help a pro-life Democrat of any race/religion/gender/ethnicity. With rare exception, they’d never get seated at that convention. Philosophical ‘diversity’ is not allowed.
South Carolina is semi-proportional. That is, the candidate carrying the state gets 11 delegates. The remaining 14 delegates are awarded to the winner of each of the seven congressional districts, two per district. Thus, Newt got 23 delegates: 11 for carrying the state and 12 for carrying six of the seven districts. The seventh district is believed to be Romney's, but they are not sure because the district boundaries are still in doubt.
So, since SC is only semi-proportional, does that place them in violation of the rule, as well as Florida?
Yes, we do look like rubes. But, to me, the interesting part will be that Missouri complied with the rules by scheduling the caucus so if they don’t hold Florida to the rules too, there should be hell to pay. I’m interested to see if Newt wins the primary here if the caucus will undo the results. My anger would be tremendous if that happens. I just don’t put anything past the GOP any more.
If anybody who actually works for the party can explain these rules, I would sure appreciate it.
At one point I read that the Party passed rules that you couldn’t do winner-take-all primaries early - before some date I forget. The penalty is to lose half your delegates.
But then I read other things that conflict with this. Surely it wasn’t JUST DISCOVERED that FL should have been proportional? Why are these rules so arcane?

More evidence that Newt is an entrenched politician all of the way thru. I will never understand why the establishment loves him so.
