"See below what I received from FNC Carl Cameron! This is really wild! More possible Florida election problems?"
Tampa, FL Floridas primary might not be over just yet.
The Newt Gingrich campaign is gearing up to challenge the results of the florida primary based on the Republican National Committees own rules which state that no contest can be winner take all prior to April 1, 2012. (See attached RNC memo.)
The Gingrich campaign plans to challenge Floridas winner take all status & demand proportional allocation of delegates.
Fox News has learned that Thursday, a Florida Gingrich campaign official will begin the process of trying to have the RNC rules enforced so that the Sunshine State delegates are proportionately allocated.
RNC Chairman Reince Priebus warned Florida Republican Party Chairman Lenny Curry of the violation in a December letter quoting the rule,
winner-take-all states cannot hold a primary or caucus before April 1, 2012.

What a poker player. I wonder how long he knew that. Obviously, if he won, he wouldn’t mention it I suppose.
I love the smell of GOP-e fear in the morning. Smells like... victory!
When the people fear the establishment, we have tyranny.
When the establishment fears the people, we have Liberty!!
Prayers up for Newt!!
We had just discussed this earlier this week. Why Florida was exempt from the April lst line. Since the same thing was repeated again and again we thought arrangements had been made BEFORE the primary.
Red looks like were going to have to change the t shirt...Heard several places his campaign spent over 20,000,000 dollars and hopefully the number of delegates will be reduced significantly.
Dad just asked if they would be distributed by total votes or counties as in SC. Newt won more counties than Mitt.
No wonder Newt didn't call Willard last night....This has been in the works since that December email. Wonder how many more aces NEWTron has up this sleeve?????
BIG SMILE here!
Woo Hoo
Rebellion is Brewing
My recommendation is to be very careful with this one. If it goes the wrong way, Romney could end up getting 100 delegates from Florida. However, it is worth a try anyway.
Arizona is at the end of Feb’y, and they are a winner take all state—another violation of the RNC directive.
Mr. Priebus needs to get his act together.
Saving
LOL Brilliant, needed a laugh, Newt uses their own rules and to think Romney spent over 20 million on a state,my state which is not winner takes all after all.
RNC Rules , got to go by rules you know.
Loving it , up yours Romney and establishment and FOX
Rebellion is brewing! There’s Something in the Air!
Wait...does anyone know if there is a loophole? “Tuesday nights Mitt Romney victory in the Sunshine State awarded the former Massachusetts Governor all 50 Florida delegates (the state was already docked half their delegates for moving the election up on the calendar). “ SO if Fla already docked HALF of their delegates and moved the election UP does that mean they had 100 delegates? okay, dumb question but I want to be sure on this before I celebrate
We jes likes to keep things interesting... ;0)
Prayers going up for Newt!
It would have been a dozen pink Twinkies, but Hostess unionized themselves into bankruptcy.
Bulldog Newt.
WHAT!?
No Drudge siren?
Must not be news.

If anything, this stops the RNC in trying to do that (making them follow the rules they changed) so win/win on both accounts.
The Trump news may force him to crank out another one...
Even if secession from the Union is not allowed, can we expulsion from the Union? What is it with the State of Confusion and elections?
