"See below what I received from FNC Carl Cameron! This is really wild! More possible Florida election problems?"
Tampa, FL Floridas primary might not be over just yet.
The Newt Gingrich campaign is gearing up to challenge the results of the florida primary based on the Republican National Committees own rules which state that no contest can be winner take all prior to April 1, 2012. (See attached RNC memo.)
The Gingrich campaign plans to challenge Floridas winner take all status & demand proportional allocation of delegates.
Fox News has learned that Thursday, a Florida Gingrich campaign official will begin the process of trying to have the RNC rules enforced so that the Sunshine State delegates are proportionately allocated.
RNC Chairman Reince Priebus warned Florida Republican Party Chairman Lenny Curry of the violation in a December letter quoting the rule,
winner-take-all states cannot hold a primary or caucus before April 1, 2012.

Poor Mittens. I’ll bet he blew out a “hanging chad” when he got wind of this! It’s been a bad day for Mitty what with his feet in his mouth about the poor and all.....
Newt, you da man!
Go NEWT!!!! You’re still the smartest guy on that stage even IF you did have an off night and trying to debate with a lying spoonful of jello!!!
In our conversation the other night, the fact that unless FL is specifically named as being exempt from the rule they must follow it.
Roberts Rules of order. Motion, Second, question, vote, passed. It’s a rule/the law.
Although they are filing in the FL court system, this also has federal implications since RNC is a federal group and crosses state borders.
If he gets a crooked judge in Florida it could go to SCOTUS. 9-0 ruling. They’re not going to mess with Roberts RUles of Order.
Damn them time zones!
Mr. Gingrich reminds me of Inspector Gadget.
“Resistance to tyrants is obedience to God!!
See? We prayed and looked what happened.
Glad you found the article.
Would like to know if Fla got the go ahead from the RNC to dock half the delegates and hold the primary early? don’t see how they could award all 100 to Romney since that is a clearly stated violation but bet the Romney camp looked into this BEFORE the election.
The Trump news may force him to crank out another one...
What Trump news?
How so?
That would be what the POS deserves for spending that kind of money to do nothing but beat someone to a pulp and then say, it wasn’t me . . . it was my Super PAC.
I saw them mention it on FOX but then my Dad from TX called and I couldn’t wait to get here to read more details.

The RNC has already acknowledged that it is Winner Take All. The only place and time that Gingrich campaign can bring this up is during the RNC s Committee on Contests hearing which congregates 2 weeks before the RNC Convention in Tampa in August or have enough RNC delegates on the floor to challenge it. They are playing this down as perplexing and almost desperate.
Well, there is ONLY ONE FAIR WAY out of this:
Raise the delegate count back up to 100 for Floriduh, award Newt the additional 50 for pointing out the problem, and then the 50 awarded on election night gets divied up proportionally.
Fair is fair, right?
(Romney went to Florida and spent $25,000,000 and all he got was a couple of lousy delegates)
I just changed it from the original that was on the T Shirt
(Romney went to Florida and spent $25,000,000 and all he got was 50 lousy delegates)
since Willie Mitty didnt get all 50 etc
we dont know how many he will end up with
I bet hes been driven to coffee...
:)
Thank you. I did read that Fla has 99 delegates and they are a winner take all state. Also, it is clear that there is a violation of awarding ALL delegates if the primary is early BUT since Fla deducted HALF of the delegates...would that be a little loop hole the Romney camp was aware of? I dont underestimate the enemy
You ask a question like that and then you post this picture. Look at that guy he probably voted in the Florida elections. LOL!
Yes, and do recall that Gingrich is very good at these procedural moves (remember his stint as Speaker). I think hes dusting off his old skills!
Yes, the Silver Fox has outsmarted them! Go NEWT!!!!
OI, We’re up in N FL where men are men.
Well most of us anyway EEK.
It’s the middle and the south of the state which is the problem and has been invaded .
Is your lad back?
Amen!!! Go Newt!!!
