UPDATE: An Alabama Court has announced that it will hear arguments as to whether Barack Hussein Obama II is in fact eligible to appear on the State Presidential Primary Ballot.

Several Alabama citizens have filed a lawsuit within the Alabama Circuit Court to "prevent certification of President Barack Obama for 2012 Alabama ballot access pending final hearing based on factual evidentiary hearings."

One freeper today showed that all the other copies from 1984 on that have been found are FLAT, scanned onto that special paper. Obama’s was copied from the Nordyke style, probably requested in the 1960s, with the curved side because back then when a copy was requested, they photographed the document attached to its spine in the file. Though Obama’s was requested last year.

Just one additional proof that the thing is fake.

In addition to questioning the validity of his citizenship, any lawsuit must thoroughly question the validity of any documentation he has submitted, and demand information from his schools, passport travels, selective service registration, possible use of multiple social service numbers, the discrepancy in documents submitted to the States by Nancy Pelosi attesting to his eligibility, and his work history. If his entire history wasn't challenged before then it needs to challenged vigorously NOW!

If ANY of us applied for a job, and submitted false documentation we could be denied the job, and/or prosecuted.

So to me the two main questions that have to be answered are:

1. Is Obama a natural born citizen?

2. If he is, has he submitted false documentation to run for office?

The article may have confused some of the details of this case with the Georgia Administrative Court hearing. The judge in this case already denied a preliminary restraining order, and granted the defendant’s motion to expedite. Alabama law doesn’t have similar provisions to those that that authorize the review in Georgia.

In Georgia it looks like the Administrative Court will give the anti-eligibility arguments a hearing, both on the factual, evidentiary issues, and on the Donofrio legal theory. I stand by my bet that Obama will be on the Georgia ballot. Birther like to pretend that no one answers them on the merits, but that’s not true. Some authorities have addressed what birthers see as their merits, and they like those cases even less than the dismissals for lack of jurisdiction.

If there’s one thing birthers hate more than not getting answers to their questions, it’s getting answers to their questions. I expect the Alabama action, the topic of this thread, to be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. I think the Georgia Administrative Court is likely to address the merits, and I expect birthers will be even less happy with that outcome.

First of all, when it is eventually proven that 0bama is NOT eligible to be in the Oval Office (except as a visitor or perhaps a janitor), Nutzi Pelosi needs to be indicted by a federal grand jury for falsification and forgery, as SHE certified as Speaker of the House ('Shrieker' of the House in her case) that 0bama was indeed eligible to receive the electoral votes which made his election 'official'. After being found guilty of treason, she and each and every one of those assisting her need to be executed.

Second, if it is found that the Roberts Court (SCOTUS) was in any way in collusion with the enablers and conspirators that put 0bama into the White House, they too should be removed from office, 'lifetime appointment' be damned.

I say this regarding the Roberts Court due to the fact that prior to the 'Inauguration' of 0bama in January 2009, there was a highly improper (and likely illegal) ex parte meeting between the justices and 0bama WHILE there were cases pending on the docket challenging 0bama's eligibility. The only judge who did not attend that little private 'hob nob with the snobs' was Justice Sam Alito. Read into that what you will.

The bottom line to all of this shameful business is that our federal government was infiltrated, undermined and subverted by traitors to our Constitution, to our way of life, and to We The People, and when their guilt is determined they MUST be made to pay the ultimate penalty.

McCain's Campaign then said he's qualified, and to lay off. But McCain, honestly, I think is brain damaged. He has an excuse. Can you cite where you posted at about that time, June of 2008, that dual citizenship disqualified Obama? I’ve been saying that, to the best of my knowledge, not a single the birther said anything about this legal theory until October or November of 2008. If that’s wrong, please cite.
