In addition to questioning the validity of his citizenship, any lawsuit must thoroughly question the validity of any documentation he has submitted, and demand information from his schools, passport travels, selective service registration, possible use of multiple social service numbers, the discrepancy in documents submitted to the States by Nancy Pelosi attesting to his eligibility, and his work history. If his entire history wasn't challenged before then it needs to challenged vigorously NOW!
If ANY of us applied for a job, and submitted false documentation we could be denied the job, and/or prosecuted.
So to me the two main questions that have to be answered are:
1. Is Obama a natural born citizen?
2. If he is, has he submitted false documentation to run for office?
People keep missing the point that what he has submitted per #2 is prima facie evidence of "no" to #1. The released BC photos, like Hillary's "carpet bag" incident, amount to a wordless "you're right; so what? I'll be elected anyway".
