Shifting support to Bachmann; if she is forced out, it will be Ron Paul. NO RINOs! (vanity)

Posted on 12/03/2011 11:16:13 AM PST by JimWayne

I first supported Palin and then Cain. Both have been hounded out. I am NOT SUPPORTING RINO Gingrich. I will now support Bachmann. If they hound her out, it is Ron Paul with whom I vehemently disagree on foreign policy. Sorry, that is how it is.

The other choices we have are the following: Gingrich the Global Warmist, Santorum the ethanol salesman and pork baron, Rick Perry the pro-bailout Governor and Mittens the socialist and abortionist.

At this point Tea Party gaining control of the Congress and Senate is important. If that happens, they can keep Hussein in check. Hussein winning a second term is bad but Mittens is worse for America.

I am open to hearing why I should not prioritize my support to various candidates in this order. I am not supporting any RINOs. I know I am willing to support Ron Paul in protest against the RINOs. You can convince me to not support Paul and abstain, but you cannot convince me to support any RINO.

“Bachmann/Santorum 2012”

Mark Levin said on his Friday radio show that he would vote for either of those in the primary, so they are obviously his favorites, too (and mine).

However, if it’s not one of those, he would vote for Anybody But Obama.

I’m sitting here watching the candidate forum on Fox News. I had just decided to throw my support behind Bachmann as well.

I had an article which I have been looking for. I will find it and post it as soon as I find it.

I am not a liar. If the article I read quoted him wrongly, then the writer of the article is a liar. I did not make up anything. Perhaps the article I read was wrong, perhaps not.

I am doing many things, having computer problems, saw the article on another forum and therefore I haven’t found it yet. But I will make another attempt before I go to bed. You’re awfully quick to sling the word “liar” around, which means someone who purposely makes false statements.

Finally found it:

http://www.thestatecolumn.com/articles/ron-paul-defends-gays-in-the-military/

Ron Paul defends gays in the military.
The State Column | Staff | Wednesday, October 26, 2011

Texas congressman and current Republican presidential candidate Ron Paul defended the rights of gay military servicemen and servicewomen to serve, saying “everybody has the same rights as everybody else.”

“Well, like I said, everybody has the same rights as everybody else, so homosexuals in the military isn’t a problem. It’s only if they’re doing things they shouldn’t be, if they’re disruptive,” Mr. Paul said in an interview published Wednesday.

“But there’s … men and women getting into trouble with each other too,” the Texas Republican added. “And there’s a lot more heterosexuals in the military, so logically they’re causing more trouble than gays.”

Mr. Paul, who has emphasized his campaign’s support from the military, was one of five House Republicans to vote for the repeal of the “don’t ask, don’t tell” policy earlier this year. The Texas Republican has repeatedly expressed support for repealing the controversial policy, which took effect last month.

Speaking in Iowa, the Texas Republican likened the issue to gay marriage, saying the government has “no business” in the private lives of voters.

“Everybody is an individual person, and everybody has the same rights as anyone else. The government has no business in your private life, you know, so if one person is allowed to do something so should everyone else. The whole gay marriage issue is a private affair, and the federal government has no say,” Mr. Paul said.

Since Herman Cain left the race, Michelle Bachmann is now THIS FAR Ahead of the others!

Neither Paul nor Bachmann are serious candidates. Both are congressional backbenchers representing the fringes of the Republican side. Not a bit of executive experience between them to say the are the least bit capable of the job.

At this point I cannot say there is one person in the race who I can solidly support. All I can say is that neither of them is some one who I would support in the nomination process.

I’m voting for Ron Paul. I am concerned with our entire way of life collapsing because we are $15 trillion in debt. I am concerned with government’s increasing power over me. I am concerned about Ben Bernanke running his printing presses 24/7, making me poorer every time he cranks the handle. To me, Paul is the most serious about limiting the size and power of the government, and shutting off the printing press.

As for his foreign policy, at this point, I’m more worried about working until I die to pay off this gigantic debt, or my own government turning into a totalitarian state rather than being killed by an Islamic nuclear bomb. I think the first two are more likely to happen than Islamists killing me. That’s how I see it.

Bachmann didn’t need a flying circus to travel several states to rig a straw poll, she won on issues

She is the ONLY Consistent candidate with ZERO baggage in this race and the same number of gaffes as any repub candidate

(Noot) they can’t smear him with sex scandals he hasn’t already dealt with.

Of course they can, they can just make them up like they did with Cain. Who wouldn't the public believe it?

Do you even read what I wrote? First choice Bachmann, if they hound her out, it is Paul to oppose the RINOs. I am not supporting a RINO.

Yeah, but no state would make murder legal. If they tried it would be stopped right quick.
