Amazing! I joined up in April of 1998 after lurking for 4-5 months or so. I didn't realize that I'd found FR nearly at birth! I knew, of course, it was new. What wasn't new on the internet in 1997/1998?

The rubber actually hit the road in maybe August of 1998, September for sure, when the call went out to go to Washington for the March for Justice.
Do we actually believe all this stuff being posted or is it just hot air, cosmic background noise? If believed, the trip to DC must be made. The cost is trivial compared to the result
