I am cooking a turkey with some Cajun side dishes, and a traditional meat pie that my late Mom used to make.

I’m spending my first Thanksgiving in Alaska. We have ham and pumpkin pie and the boiler got fixed this morning. It has warmed up to 9 right now, and we are toasty inside.

Good Evening to The Canteen.
Got another Med test in the AM, but will celebrate Thanksgiving with our family as we have done all these years in the past.
Will host all our girls and families for Thanksgiving. Some things never change over the years.
Thanksgiving has always been a time since I was a young pup to offer up praise to Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Some things never change.
May all vistitors to The Canteen offer up praise and thanksgiving to our Lord and Savior.
Happy Thanksgiving to all who click on the link to The Canteen.
